I applied for a job in the UAE a couple of weeks ago, still not heard anything back from them yet though - do they normally take a long time to get back to you about job applications?
They can do depending on the closing date of the application. Don't be disheartened though (as hard as it is). There's always other opportunities. Their loss.
@@ThomasBlakemore Thanks! Hopefully something will come up as job opportunities where I am in Scotland are few and far between at the moment, and any jobs that do appear are getting hundreds of applications, it's horrendous!
You need to study an undergraduate degree in a specific subject to teach secondary, he may have went straight to university to study primary education :)
