On the tiller when stuff goes super cheap like that, I know a lot of big corporations do that and the reason they do it is because they have entire sections of enormous warehouses. They’ll have warehouses that are half a mile long and they’ll put huge sections that are like the size of an acre or something designated for a single product and they’ll get those products in by the thousands and stacked them up there and then they take them from there and distribute them out to their stores. What happens is when there’s an old model that’s going to get replaced with a new model and they’re down to a few hundred units. They just dump them for almost free just to get them out of the way so they can real allocate that huge space in the warehouse for something else or make room for the new version. It used to be real big with computers and companies like Best Buy and Staples would do that all the time and you get six or $800 or monitor or something for a couple hundred bucks and get 7070 8090% off sometimes and there are no guarantees on it it’s just if your store has it and you’re lucky then cool and they just ship them out randomly to the stores and put a super low price on them and once they’re gone they’re gone but it’s cool that Brock put that up there. That was an awesome deal.
Thank you, it did. We got a lot of rain the last couple of days, but didn't get the wind they were calling for. That's great as our area is still heavily damaged by last week's storm.
Hi Andrew, your write your garden dose look fantastic and healthy to boot. The supports you built for the corn, fantastic idea. I can’t believe the price you got that tiller for, in Canada you can’t even buy a peace of junk for that.?👍👍❤️❤️🖐️
Hope your garden still looks this beautiful after the storm…. I see you growing yellow squash. I started growing “Zephyr” squash a few years ago here in Ohio. They are yellow with a green end. I recommend you try them. Tasty!
i still have 3 of those tillers, lol new in the crate if anyone wants one. im letting them go for $450 each..brand new in the crate still. in the st. louis area.
Here’s a thought with the rust on there. I’ve been seeing these videos the last couple years with this new stuff where you just kind of chip the flakes off and paint over it with this stuff that can go right on top of the rust. It’s not really a paint it’s kind of a sealer that neutralizes the rust and stops it And then is a seal that keeps it from rusting again. It would be interesting to kind of check that out and see, it looks pretty awesome. If you got some Ross building up on your truck he just sanded the paint back and hit it with some of this and you don’t have to get every little piece of rust off and you can spray it inside of a fender or something where you can’t get up in there without taking the whole truck apart And it would save a whole lot of time if it works but a lot of automotive guys are using it so I’m guessing it probably works pretty well but it would be interesting to see some of the stuff you’re building with the heat if it holds up and maybe you could paint it on a couple of those posts with the rust on it and just see how they do overtime And if that sealer stuff breaks down or wears out or does or doesn’t work and it just keeps rusting out. Might make an interesting video. 🤔
Ever heard of electroculture? Well, God has provided some for you, sending all the storms and watering your plants with the best water there is. Now it's up to you to eat all the veggies you've been blessed with:))) I hope you are all fine over there🙏
@@TKCL I tried to be funny. No, it's when people put coiled copper wire next to the plants. People say it works wonderfully (Deep South Homestead and others)
It is treated, this stuff nowadays doesn't have toxic chemicals like arsenic. It's so safe the bugs eat it sadly. Anything but treated on the ground in Florida rots same year.
How do you all deal with all the bugs? It seems like we can't kill them with anything and they are eating our crops. Our habanero's and tomatoes seem to be the only targets of these.
With all of your homesteading skills I'm surprised you don't have a couple of cattle or at least a hog You have enough land to support some cattle Be less mowing for you
That is the plan, we even planted the pasture for cows. Problem is your looking at over $20k easy for fencing and a few cows. That's a huge investment right now.
Hello Andrew. I love the garden tour. Your garden is especially beautiful this year. The grape vine is amazing and so is the corn. Happy Gardening. 🥰
Thank you for watching
Gorgeous ❤

WOW! Thats just crazy!!👍🏼♥️
The garden videos are really growing on me. When I saw how tall the corn was I almost soiled myself.... 🙂
Lol 🤣
Awesome looking garden. We are eating squash from ours tonight and have some peppers almost ready!
wait what! you just planted them the other day lol! be kind and tractor hard!😎
I wish I had planted a little sooner, took me a while to find pepper plants.
Tiffany you are doing a great job in the garden
She is!
Beautiful Garden!
Thank you sir, I am very pleased with it this year.
The garden looks amazing, Andrew. I hope it weathered the storm ok.
Thank you, it did. We got a lot of rain the last couple of days, but didn't get the wind they were calling for. That's great as our area is still heavily damaged by last week's storm.
Here in Indiana (corn capitol), our saying is "knee high by the 4th of July"
Wow! I'll be harvesting by June. Crazy how far ahead our climate is.

Yes sir, that tiller was a steal!
Hello Andrew, Your garden looks awesome. Hopefully you don't get any s severe weather.. be safe as always and see you soon.
We avoided the severe weather yesterday and just got inches of rain.
Hope your garden still looks this beautiful after the storm…. I see you growing yellow squash. I started growing “Zephyr” squash a few years ago here in Ohio. They are yellow with a green end. I recommend you try them. Tasty!
So far the garden is fine, another round of storms this weekend.
Couldn’t help but notice you had the boat hooked up in the background 😊
he had to use them to block the work being done in the background lol
I took Tiffany to the beach for her birthday, it's an annual tradition.
i still have 3 of those tillers, lol new in the crate if anyone wants one. im letting them go for $450 each..brand new in the crate still. in the st. louis area.
Now is the time to sell them, should move fast!
Really a beautiful garden. Your harvest should be awesome.
Thank you, looking forward to it!
Hi, Andrew! Your garden looks amazing. Your support system for the corn is genius.
Thank you
Good day to all, peace.
Good morning!
Dang the garden is looking awesome. Can't wait for y'all to try the lemon cucumbers they are my favorite 🤤🤤🤤🤤
Yeah I am excited about those myself.

I've been seeing that stuff on my Instagram reels. It is interesting.
@@TKCL my 2002 Tahoe and my 2002 Silverado are begging me to get some. 😂😂😂
Wow, that’s garden has come on quoit seems! No more dove issues I’m guessing.
Yes, I caught seven in the garden yesterday DESTROYING my okra leaves. The 20 gauge now sits at the shop lol.
Your garden looks great. We are getting our in finally. Corn up north is supposed to be knee high by the 4th of July
Best of luck
Pool time. Lol

The garden should explode after these days of rain. Is electro culture the process of grounding to the earth?
@@TKCL I tried to be funny. No, it's when people put coiled copper wire next to the plants. People say it works wonderfully (Deep South Homestead and others)
Pretty pretty!
Have y'all ever thought about having some honey bee hives???
No, I am not a fan of bees or wasps lol. I know they are very beneficial for your garden and property. Luckily we have swarms of them naturally.
The Yankees say, knee high by the 4th of July.
My garden is done by then, crazy the climate difference.
Welcome back! Be safe from those pesky storms!
Thanks! You too!
nice view block with the pickup and boat! 😂😂
Nope, I was just over there washing the saltwater off. We took it out the day before.
@@TKCL gee im 0 for 1 times 3 lol!
👍👍
Fried stuffed zucchini flowers are great.
I need to try that
Try them stuffed with goat cheese or miscopied and herb.
How did you guys fare with the weather yesterday and today we didn’t get hit near as hard as you guys did
Luckily no wind, but a lot of rain.
How did you fair with the storms
A lot of rain, very little wind thankfully. More storms this weekend to watchout for.
Yep I seen the boat at the well to wash all that salt water off . Garden does look great . Or maybe the boat was blocking out something ?hmmmmm
jimmy i belive he was hideing his next project!
@@AdamDeal-KF0PRI very possible but I really hope him and Tiffany got a day of fishing in . I know I’m about ready to hit the lake myself .
Yeah I took Tiffany to the beach last week for her birthday. This video was recorded before last weeks bad storm.
@@JimmyHensley36 i was wrong lol! but it sounded good!
Knee height by the 4th of July
In my belly by June lol
You have a link or affiliate code for the electric fence?
Yes it's in the video description, thanks for asking.
What type of wood are you using for your raised flower beds? I assume NON-pressure treated? If so, did you prep it in anyway to fight rot?
It is treated, this stuff nowadays doesn't have toxic chemicals like arsenic. It's so safe the bugs eat it sadly. Anything but treated on the ground in Florida rots same year.
@@TKCL OK thanks. I just have been hearing mixed reviews on using treated wood in the garden. Some say its not food safe.
@@dtcoleman05 this new stuff doesn't leech out and isn't as toxic as the old arsenic stuff.
@@TKCL Thanks for that information!!!
Yall water bath can or pressure can?
I do both, but mainly water bath for pickles and other veggies.
@TKCL just started with the water bath canning. Its pretty simple. Pressure canning to come next
How do you all deal with all the bugs? It seems like we can't kill them with anything and they are eating our crops. Our habanero's and tomatoes seem to be the only targets of these.
Neem oil, diotamcious earth, by hand and plant early. The closer to summer we get, the more bug problems.
Y’all have issues with squash bugs at all?
Some years we do, they haven't been bad if we plant early.
Knee high by the 4th of July.
In my belly by June LOL.
In second
With all of your homesteading skills I'm surprised you don't have a couple of cattle or at least a hog You have enough land to support some cattle Be less mowing for you
That is part of future plans, but currently, the pasture has a bunch of armadillo holes that a cow could break a leg in

The garden looks great. 😊
