Could you make a video on how you would install this in a fusion engine v3 for an ak? The lower frame of the fe v3 is too narrow for the igl to fit through.
Disclaimer: I guess if you have a Gen 3 Fusion engine, you'll need to bore out the hole on the bottom on the fusion engine cause it is just a hair too small
Hi there Mack! This depends. P* actually adapted their CNC Programming to enlarge the hold for our IGL during the GEN 3 run. Some of the Gen 3s have the larger hole and some do not. All depends on where your engine lies in their production run. Currently all FE should fit our IGL based on the changes they had made almost a year (Or longer) ago. Thanks! Kurtis
Hello! Congrats for the videos! My fusion engine screws that goes on the pistol grip have round up, any ideas how to fix it? I cant remove it from there anymore! Appreciate any help!
I'm curious as to why you're using a silver nozzle, because I use silver nozzles on my two PolarStars because I was never able to get a red nozzle to work at low pressures. I'm trying to stay sub-1.55 joules.
How could you install the line through the pistol grip first to avoid drilling it out if you still have to put the p* engine into the gun and put the engine back together?
I had to file it a bit. I got it installed, however the fitting leaks from the threads and i have 2 wraps of teflon tape on it! Any suggestions? Thanks
Please email us at sales@ampedairsoft.com with pictures and videos and we will be able to help you diagnose why you are having a leak. There could be a couple reasons as to why it is leaking: Our IGLs require you to use an oring to seal against your unit. Are you using the Oring that was originally on your fitting either on the IGL or on your original line fitting? Incorrect IGL ordered, please verify that you ordered the correct IGL for your HPA system. Please let us know the system you have and send a picture of the threading of the IGL. We will also be able to check that for you. We will stand by to hear from you and get to the bottom of this for you. Thanks!
Correct, you must use a 1/2" drill bit to increase the size of your motor hole. You can also utilize a file. It takes a couple seconds to make the hole larger and allows for the IGL to pass through.
Kevin, Hmmm typically it doesn't take that much wrap. Are you sure that you have the right fitting type for the unit you have? If the fitting is not the correct one, you will never be able to get it to seal. There are a good bit of different fittings. If you have any questions, please email us at sales@ampedairsoft.com and we will be able to help you out! Thanks!
Ordered this igl, everything was fine until I had to put it through the grip. The bottom portion of the igl is to thick... So I had to run it from the grip through the lower receiver into the open polarstar to the screw it in and close the polarstar. VERY DIFFICULT TASK. Maybe in the next revision you shouldn't make the bottom portion so thick.
RDRND hi there! This is why we put a disclaimer about opening the hole in your grip to make it easier. :) This is personal preference but it allows you to easily slide your grip on and off instead of having to slide everything through the grip backwards. Sadly we are unable to reduce the size of the gun side.
Pretty much the same style of procedure, however, you will need to modify the motor cage on the V3 FE to make room for the IGL to come down through. You will also have to modify the AK grip to make sure it will fit the IGL and still attach to the motor cage. The V3 is a bit more involved.
Hmmm it doesn't have the input fitting? If it does, it should have a hex slot in the middle of it. If you need help, please shoot us an email at sales@ampedairsoft.com and we can try to get that figured out for you. Thanks! -Kurtis
Or you could just buy the shortest line you can find on amped, screw out the screw in the bottom of the handle, use hot glue to fasten the line in the bottom plate and you have an even better solution than this
Hmmm, not really sure that would be better as you would still maintain the leak points of using macro line. If you are looking to do that, then simply grab an Amped IGL and attach it within the grip. No real modification required. ;) ampedairsoft.com/amped-grip-line-standard-weave-agl-hpa-grip-line/
Need is a strong word. You technically don't "Need" an IGL for any unit. But if you want to eliminate weak macro line and leak points on your JACK or other HPA Units, then an IGL is "Needed". All up to you and what level of reliability you would like for your unit. 8) Hope this helps!
I am beyond pissed i ordered this for my patriot edition and half way through the igl wont go through the lower part of my fusion engine, please explain you false advertising
Always remember to thread backwards until you feel a click, and then go forward. This prevents cross threading.
Finnally got it done. The blue igl with the emg edition polarstar looks sick.
Glad to hear it! Make sure to tag us on Instagram and we may share your build if you submit a sweet picture! 8)
You might have done it already, but is there a video on lubing the Fusion Engine up??
Great video guys! I'm sure a number of my team mates will be doing this mod
I bought one for my gen 3 and I had to file out the hole because it was to small but after I got it in I love it
I had to do the same, however mine leaks a bit from the fitting
It would be cool if you guys started doing tactics and other suggestions to use on the field. Thanks

I have a gen 3 V2 and I can’t get my fitting through the hole
Please post a video in the future demonstrating how to lube the o-rings after 50k rounds!
"These have o rings/ gaskets on them so" with no explanation because the techs already know whats up 😂😂😂
I have a question, if I don't want the line in my grip but instead out the back below the stock will I need a specific 90 degree fitting?
Will this fit a v12? Or will you guys be making for a v12
17:11 here from the future where I’ve got the limited edition purple engine and purple IGL 😎

Also the hex in the gasket that attaches the fitting to the P* is a 9/64 on the Gen 3, not a 5/32. At least it is in mine.
Great vid! I am looking into the 40-200 psi solenoid any input on it and maybe an install vid with testing for max range??

I can barely get the wrench around the grip lines nut because other stuff is in the way and the wrench is too wide

swwet buying this for sure.
Please to a Pleb to Pro: how to fcu unit
+LaxAB18 they did
I commented this 11 months ago
lol didnt dee that
+Team Hyper Airsoft it's all good no worries
btw if thats u as ur profile pic, u have a pretty cool loadout
is the body plate supposed to be a tight fit? I couldn't get the plate to go on after installing the igl
Can you guys make a pigl that fits gen 3 v2 engines just need a smaller nut to go through the hole please thanks
If I order one of your custom guns do I need this or is there already a line coming out of the grip. (Sorry I'm new)
I had to file it a bit. I got it installed, however the fitting leaks from the threads and i have 2 wraps of teflon tape on it! Any suggestions? Thanks
Remove Teflon, wrap more than 2 times with normal Teflon. Make sure to wrap opposite of direction of thread. Then give it a shot. -Kurtis
when ordering a polarstar can u have this pre installed
?
We need Custom Lines for Tippmann M4's!!!
What model FAL is that in the background? And what hpa engine is in it?
can you do a Polarstar fusion engine installation
FYI to Patriot edition owners, IGL did not fit right away. I also had to file my shell a little to fit the line
I have a huge air leak coming out of the line. Please help me. How tight is it supposed to be

Im unable to fit the igl through my pistol grip. Going to have to return this if there is no fix

When will I you have one for the Daytona gun m4/msk
I've followed your tutorial but I hve some air leak. I've put almost 10 wrap of teflon tape and still juste a little air leak. How can I solve that ?

I had to drill the grip hole bigger in my 500 dollar prized possession, and it’s a gen 3!! I thought the hole would be big enough
when is the f1 igl coming out
Do you guys build hpa guns?
Ordered this igl, everything was fine until I had to put it through the grip. The bottom portion of the igl is to thick... Kurtis Hardy my apologize I thought you guys said making a whole wider at the entry of the p*. Again my apologies.
Kurtis Hardy do you know exactly what size drill bit I'll need for the motor grip?
I had 3 small o rings come out, where do they go>
Hmmm 3 O Rings from where? Which System are you referring to? Please let us know.
I can't get the cover plate back on after installing the IGL it's way too thick
Are you referring to the motor plate? If so, you must drill a hole through it to allow the igl to pass freely through.
@@AmpedAirsoft no the flat cover plate that covers the air lines and wiring on the side of the unit
Can you guys so pleb to pro outer barrel?
does this work with a jack?
yes
no theres a line for the jack
What's the difference between the jack 1.0 igl and the 1.1 igl
The Jack 1.1 takes the same fitting as the F1, F2, and N7 now instead of the standard jack fitting. That is the only difference.
Will a f2 igl fit in a fusion engine???
i have a gen 3 but the igl doesn't go through
Does it fit in a jack polar star
Please make a cnc saw hop up that actually works!!
Edward Deione If we ever get a CNC machine, we'll look into possibly doing that.

How do you install on a v3 fusion engine meant for an ak?

can use these for v12s
How do u install one into a jack?
I buy two lines and not even two games my like star leaking No more amped
my polar fusion engine doesn't have the alen rench key thing 8:52

Fucking rage-inducing that you didn't say to put the IGL through the grip hole before tightening it in the FE.
Mine didn't come with the little wrench???
Ask them to send you one
Cloudwarrior1 like call them?
Hey Dalton! Please shoot us an email at sales@ampedairsoft.com and we will get you squared away! Sorry about forgetting that! -Kurtis

Might you all ever do a video on the airstock? If I were to ever invest in a p* it would have to be for a replica with an airstock.. Cant do a line...
F.A.T. MILSIM We actually have a video for airstock and upgrade kit install in the chamber, should be out in the next couple weeks.

Amped Airsoft besides a kit loadout video, a tactics video would be sweet
Ughhhh why do you keep taking my money like this...
I am beyond pissed i ordered this for my patriot edition and half way through the igl wont go through the lower part of my fusion engine, please explain you false advertising
Michael Bolton you're supposed to thread it through the bottom hole and then install it into the nozzle assembly
Chill out dude. If you were a bit more civilized maybe people would respond to you with useful info.
