Until recently, I've always made the entire card on the computer. Your idea of attaching a separate sheet to the inside so the card could be reused is genius! I saw my daughter rip out the page inside of a store bought card because it said it was for a niece, but she needed it for a cousin.
Bonne Swartzfager thanks!!!
Great idea! If you printed it on card stock it hold be even better. ☺️💕
Robin S whatever works best for you!!! :) thanks for stopping by!
Yes and used some dimensionals rather than the washi. But oh I never thought of the washi because yes sometimes I would love to think my cards are being reused rather than thrown away because I handmade them.
this is awesome i've done cards like that and always felt like maybe ppl would not like it because it wasn't a stamp but you can do so much more with this can also use your scallop scissors.
I enjoyed your "hot mess"😁 Great idea. 😃💖
I made a template on my computer that allows me to print my inside sentiment right on the cardstock. I also sometimes print the inside onto a separate insert and then tie a ribbon or twine around both.
I have to find something crafty to do !!! Liked your ideas, new subbie here!
Awe thanks!!!!
I print my sentiments on card stock and attach it to the inside of my cards. This balances out the weight of front and back so the card stands up properly. I sometimes embellish the inside as well with stamps or die cuts...whatever is appropriate for the card.
GrannyDblTap I add an extra layer inside too. Yes it balances the weight. I use a less expensive card weight with just a bit of a gloss I got from a paper supply store in the cities. "Anchor Paper" it was so great to go in and get to "feel" the samples to get just what I wanted.love that place!!!
Thanks for the idea
Great ideas! It would help to organize before filming. Thanks for sharing.
Thanks... This was one of my first videos so I was and am still learning. Do you do videos?
