i want to ride a dirt bike but my problem is that i’m around 270 at 5 foot 1, i’m in a beginner weight lifting class at my community college and i haven’t been able to lift the big barbells, just the little ez curl bar, can i follow this to lose weight even though i won’t have access to a gym in a week or so?
Definitely man! When it comes to losing weight, of course working out is important, but most important will be your diet. You can’t out work a poor diet!
Don't even have to be a racer ! I'm one of them weekend single track warriors. When I start MX fit co I was 6'4" and 297 lbs .i Couldn't ride longer than 30mins without being cashed out. I'm down to 250 in great shape and go out for 3+ hr trail rides now. This programs got me in shape and Tyler has helped me tremendously with my riding skills on the trail! I love this program . Best decision I've done next to buying my first dirt bike !!
