I love the way the pittie lets the kitty approach and make the first physical contact so as not to frighten it. Then KABOOM! The dog goes into Nanny Dog mode, falls in love, gives gentle kisses and their sweet relationship begins. This is the true nature of pitbulls raised with love by a wonderful owner. They are gentle, intuitive and protective. This truly made my day!

Angel Romero I had 1 cat around my red nose pit bull he wouldn't bother it. Other cats it didn't know he would try to get after them. One day a stray cat ran inside the house. The dog charged it, and the cat dam near jumped to the ceiling to get away.😂😂 I grabbed the dog and took the cat back out.

@@bfwfigs2010 They can actually be very sweet doggies. The one time I was personally around one was when my husband and I rented a room with a Filipino family whose mom was a coworker of his. They had a pittie with the intimidating name of Psycho (but I think it was because he liked to chew on things!), an old-timer. He barked at us at first, and then quickly became our buddy. He loved getting belly scratches. You could just kind of roll him over and go to town and he was as happy as a clam, lol!! The only real trouble he caused was when he would get out. Boy, he would take off! We lived across from a park with a seasonal creek in the back. The lady had her daughter, son-in-law, and their two little boys staying with her. Occasionally, I'd keep an eye on the boys for an hour or so when their mom had to go do some errands. Somehow, Psycho would get past us if we opened the gate to go over to the park, and then we'd spend the next half-hour chasing him up and down the creek. Eventually, he'd tire himself out and allow himself to be brought back. Good times!!😁

see, this is why I love pitbulls! they are just big babies! I have known about 20 pitbulls in my life, and only one of them was in any way mean, she didn't trust other dogs cause she had been used in dogfighting, but she absolutely loved people. I don't understand why people can hate pitbulls so much... there are so many videos out there proving they are gentle!
