Sir what about the adequacy of mesh margin beyond the defect edges?? Wasn’t this mesh of a smaller size when compared to defect size?

The defect has been closed by suture approximation..
The mesh used in Open Surgery has to be covering Atleast 4cm around the defect ..so it is reasonably good..

Yes..I have done primary closure also .-due to voice disturbances..the scenes were not adequate..u can check the UN edited video on Surgery Dada app
