The boss lady is very beautiful and seems very charming. The food looked delicious and loved that they used new oil for cooking their tempura because it had a nice light golden color. Would love to eat there, seems like they have a good clientele and is pretty busy.

I am awared of that I need some basic fish here in Sweden as people expect one to have Salmon, salmon and again Salmon. But beside demanding customers of the same same culture. I hope I will be able to handle and make something nice of the new fish. Any tips about how to become so good about handling different fishes?
