    Love the effect and price seams good. Something I will consider in the near future. Without the review, I do not know if I would purchase. Great job!

    Shawn Farquhar sells a similar effect, torn 2 pieces. It can be done with anything, photos, business cards... But I like this too because it is simple.

    I'd like this a *LOT* more if it could be used as an Anniversary Waltz type effect.

    Thanks for the review. Looks like great magic and can be inspected and given away to the spectator at the end. 60 gimmick cards may be enough, wish it would come in bicycle blue as well.

      It's not even true Bicycle stock ... feels like paper

    I thought I liked this effect but on second thought I think it is just not logical. Why would you join two sides of a card that have never been joined before? I always thought that the ripped pieces fitting together the way they were before is more astonishing. Just saying. Great review as usual.

    anyone know how this compares to screwed card?

    Very nice and cost wise I don't think it's too bad when you take into account the refills. $100 for 180 performances is quite good.

    That looks like a really cool effect, I’d probably consider it if it was a little cheaper.
    I’m sure they pictured it that way on the box to get the rough point across as to what this trick is, kinda like as I’m sure if they used a photo of the actual trick it wouldn’t make sense to someone just looking at the box.
    I can never get instructional videos that don’t use proper editing. All they had to do is lay down the bed track in post then it can be properly adjusted to compensate for the narrators audio. But then again they’re not all professionals eh? LOL.
    Overall looks like a great effect. Thanks David for the usual killer review.

    Hi! Great review, as always! Question: can we do the gimmick, like DIY, or refills are the only way? Thank You!

    • @magicorthodoxy
      @magicorthodoxy  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      DIY? No idea. Refills are on sale at your online magic retailer

      Thank You! I was just thinking, that You said, they are only available in red backed Bicycle, so if I would want to use other cards, maybe I can make the gimmick myself. But that's a no, so I'll stay with Bicycle. Thank You!

      You could design your own cards and then tell the printer to offset print them .... might be expensive though

    If you like TNR’s you should have a look at Revive by Duane Williams

    Could you make your own gimmicks using business cards?

    • @clydemightbe6190
      @clydemightbe6190 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      manomagik yes you could but you would need weird business cards and it would be difficult
