They have held withdrawals for a while just because number of withdrawals flowed in due to crypto price fall caused by war. but it was for a brief period of time. now its is functioning well and just for replying to this comment I tried to withdraw Rs.100 to my bank account and got credited. Also now coin is listed in top 5 exchanges check if required. Also you said need to invest in Bitcoin and Etherum when this coin launched is also startup coin that time so some one promoted that coin too.
