I’ve attempted to find my shade in other brands and have never been able to find a perfect match. So MAC foundations are always a staple for me. I remember trying to move away from them during the clean beauty hype and now I’m happy to be back to full face MAC. Their face products are really unbeatable in terms of quality and overall performance. Also they have hands down the best lipstick color vault of them all. The fancy chromes and finishes are cool but they aren’t versatile for everyday wear. Whereas, a classic nude or red lip looks good in any situation as long as you find the right shade.
I feel MAC is making its comeback as a classic brand now all the “pop up” brands and their influenster drama are fading or just… liquidated !! Love it all ❤️
Working in makeup and going back to your “stores” is always so nostalgic. I also love seeing (certain 🤣) people still working there, catching up and getting the scoop on the newer products!

I'm so glad you did this because I feel like MAC got lost in the shuffle of all the new brands coming out every week. I have almost all those products and colors and they have been a regular part of my makeup collection for years ( like >20 yrs). Remember Shroom? I must have bought more Lingering pencils than any other brow pencil I've ever owned and I recently thought about getting one again. I also recently bought the Water Foundation and I love it. The Pro Longwear concealer was also a favorite but I hated the glass bottle and the fact that you could never empty it completely and there was a decent amount left. I could never get the bottle open to get to the bottom without ending up cracking it. Looking forward to a good old fashioned MAC tutorial.
I've tried most foundations MAC has had over the last 25 years and in my experience, the ones with Octinoxate automatically broke me out badly but I have had Studio Fix powder and Face and Body in my collection for almost 25 years consistently and they never break me out. They don't have sunscreen. Studio Sculpt was gorgeous and I was in love but that broke me out the worst when it first came out. LOVE a MAC haul! I will always love MAC

Would you please be able to do more full face tutorials using their products? Also! What are some tips to keep appointments within the 30-60 minute range? That’s something I really struggle with!

I freelance and always take my MAC shadows. I think I own all the brown shadows they have, maybe not all the ones they’ve ever made. I also buy the refills and have them in different palettes. This is so fun to watch!
I'll never forget my trip to London in the late 90s (I'm from Perth, Australia) and being so excited to go to the Mac Covent Garden Store for the first time. Mac was THE brand and I'm I am still sentimental about it. I love that glow play blush too, so good!

I was super excited to see this haul! I remember shopping at MAC in high school and always getting Amber Lights that was my go to shimmer and I only ever used that shade bc I didn’t know how to apply makeup back then lol like I do now with how I use mattes and shimmers together even though of course you can do it however you want and if you just wanna use a shimmer that works too! Soft brown and cork are right up my alley and it’s funny bc I’ve heard so many people mention those two especially and now I want to try them!
I love Mac products. Recently I tried my daughter’s Mac Glow Blush and was blown away, by how great it is. Strange no one ever talks about it. Beautiful make up. You have inspired me to go get some of these classic shades.
One of my earliest professional Make-up memories was having a walk-in makeup application at my local Mac (olive green color story). I was so impressed by how lovely the artist was and what an incredible job they’d done on my hooded eyes! It was such a blessing to have been introduced to the brand in this way, esp due to the horror stories I’d heard. Thank you for showing us your holy grail products. I, like you an forever a stan for grunge and 90s makeup (long before the trend came back). You’re such an incredible artist and person. Tete e tint and Arena are great eye shadows. I definitely miss the mineralized concealer,it was a nice light formula! Thanks it was nice seeing a Mac haul!

Mac studio fix powder + foundation is literally my holy grail for the past 20 years. It's sad Mac is so passed on these days when they were for real the "it" brand back in the day for good reason. I used to buy all the new big collections. I miss those days.
Found your channel from Lisa. I love to pair sketch eyeshadow with wedge and orb. It's a deep burgundy. I also love goldlite strobe cream underneath Mac studio fix plus.
So nostalgic to watch! In the early 2000’s I would take my teen daughters and their friends to shop for Mac. The Mac consultants were always the best trained to help find what my girls needed, but also items for me. I got the blush & lipstick that you did, perfect for me. I think if Mac went cruelty free, they would be back on top!

Embark and Cork was my Go-To duo for yearrrrrs, then add teddy or prunella eyeliner and I was set! Haha. I still keep them on rotation. I too get very overwhelmed when I'm there and end up buying what is familiar. Would love to see what fun items you find if you make another video.
My first MAC product was the paint pot in painterly that I used for a shadow primer...I also use a MAC eyebrow pencil that is my holy grail...The MAC Fix + setting spray is my prep step for make up as well as a setting spray!!

MAC makes some holy grail products. Some of them have been discontinued… 😢 (Fleshpot lipstick).. So many great items which I still love love love. I’m never without Creme Cup. My favorite lip topper. Stone is a grail liner for me. I recently bought Face and Body again and it’s flawless looking, gorgeous skin tint. It never broke me out back in the day.

I have a big pallets full of Mac eyeshadows since maybe 2014😬Most of them are lightly used because I don’t wear eyeshadow on an everyday basis..do they have an expiration date or do they go bad in some way? I am so sad to let them go!
The Lustreglass range are new reformulated formula. They added new shades for that range and Thanks It MAC are one of it. The MAC embossed on the lipstick are only available for lustreglass formula only and also the shiny lipstick case only lustreglass have it. I would recommend you to try $ellout, Hug Me, Bussiness Casual and Posh Pit. The Colour Excess are best liner and they are waterproof. For the glowplay blush they are better apply using sponges or hand. If brushes just try using duo fibre one. My favourites one are Grand, Blush Please and Thats Peachy.
I definitely felt overwhelmed in Sephora yesterday and didn’t purchase any products there. Went to MAC free standing store and felt comfortable and not overwhelmed, purchased iconic products warm soul, eyeshadow palette x9 semisweet, cheeky bronze, matte bronze, correct and conceal medium deep, brush 217s and 221s.. Cheers to our MAC hauls.

MAC never broke me out, and I have an acne prone skin. I love their face stuff. And lipsticks.

Some of their products contain bismuth oxychloride, I myself cannot use that ingredient because I will breakout so maybe that is an issue for some.
