Comforting Strawberry Cobbler Recipe: Strawberry Fest Desserts 2!

Strawberry fest must include an easy but most importantly delicious strawberry cobbler, so here is a recipe that uses cream cheese dough and thick and yummy strawberries!
3 c all purpose flour
2 tbs sugar
1 tsp salt
4 oz cubed cream cheese
1/2 c cold unsalted cubed butter
2 lbs strawberries
1 c sugar
1 tbs vanilla bean paste
Zest of lemon
1 tsp lemon juice
1/4 c cornstarch
Egg and splash of water
Serve with vanilla ice cream if you like. (It’s the best!)
