    No experience but I do have a dremel and a bunch of patience. This is extremely inspiring. More than likely gonna try to make the eyes less gentle and try as an axe pummel. Keep em coming man

    Hi great tutorial..what wood do you prefer..some of your pieces look like basswood ..others look like quality dry driftwood..thanks for sharing..

      I really like power carving poplar and cedar. Basswood not so much it’s to fuzzy but good with knifes. The branches most of them driftwood from nearby rivers.

      The silver one is a Foredom tx and the dark grey attached to my Dremel.

    Hey buddy great video.... I actually started carving and really getting into when I watched your owl video.. this guy Jordy is pretty cool too... since I’m new may I ask a question? What are you using to carve?? Is that a dremel or air tool? I got a dremel with 1/8” Kurtzall bits but I think I need some bigger ones.. any help would be nice.. thanks again man and keep em coming

    • @lizakin1274
      @lizakin1274 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      He's using a foredom handpiece. Therefore a foredom. Lol, I always look at the handpieces to figure that out. Then a dremel.

      @@lizakin1274 thanks so much.. can’t really drop the $300 plus on a Foredom right now but harbor freight has one for $50.. I’ll give it a try for now.. thanks so much

      @@tjm7275 absolutely, start with whatever you can, it's a great fun hobby and could even bring you in a little extra income possibly.

      Sorry for the late reply. Liz already answered thank you so much. I agree just start and don’t worry about what you using. Dremel just fine especially if you using softer wood.
