I am quite a culturally-wired person - from the practices to the music (listening to local folk songs like that of the Salidummay band, trying to learn the different dances to the modern ones). ALAMAT's existence made me hope that many Indigenous pieces will be made known, will trigger curiosity and will make Filipinos become more aware and appreciative of the native Philippines.
