This episode was exactly the same as my devotion today in Rom. 13:8-9 about "Let no debt outstanding, except the continuing debt to love another. Love your neighbor as yourself."
We can see here the importance of friendships and walking beside them. Not trying to fix their problems but being with them is much appreciated.
Sometimes what people need is simply to know that they aren't alone.

Having a good haircut or even changing your hair color and style according to your preference doesn't only boost your confidence but also a practice for self-care.
The same way with what Chael said that when you're feeling down or anxious, clean your bathroom. It only shows that you try to get up everyday from your bed and continue your life despite having thoughts that weigh us down. This is self-care too. But yeah, it is easier said than done.
Hoping that this wouldn't be the last collaboration with Alamat. And I am also looking forward to witness a collaboration between The Juans and Cup of Joe.

Grabe naman nung 2021, kwentojuan w/sbjuan9 lang. Tapos 3 yrs laterrr, another ppop group friend naaa. Hehe. Solid talaga ng mga nistan ko since then. ❤ Huhu namiss ko 'tong Kwentojuan. I never missed a single ep nung pandemic every Fri night pa 'ata ayun as I can remember hehe kasi super helpful. Iba talaga yung substance.
