We can see here the importance of friendships and walking beside them. Not trying to fix their problems but being with them is much appreciated. Sometimes what people need is simply to know that they aren't alone. Having a good haircut or even changing your hair color and style according to your preference doesn't only boost your confidence but also a practice for self-care. The same way with what Chael said that when you're feeling down or anxious, clean your bathroom. It only shows that you try to get up everyday from your bed and continue your life despite having thoughts that weigh us down. This is self-care too. But yeah, it is easier said than done. Hoping that this wouldn't be the last collaboration with Alamat. And I am also looking forward to witness a collaboration between The Juans and Cup of Joe.

I never missed a single ep nung pandemic every Fri night pa 'ata ayun as I can remember hehe kasi super helpful. Iba talaga yung substance.
I hope na mas marami pa ang manuod ng Kwento Juan. Kasi it’s really inspiring, quality talaga. Kahit siguro ilang oras pa to di ako mag sasawa panuorin. ❤
I felt appreciated sa sinabi ni Taneo. Hindi talaga biro magcommute para mapanood ang Alamat. Sa tuwing may event sila na may time kami manood, mas nauubos ang time sa pagcommute. Nakakapagod, mahirap, pero worth it naman. Taneo's message is for us all Magiliws. ❤
