Hello Buska from Australia - Lovely to see the lady troopers and their beautiful horses. They are definitely great horsewomen. Hope the horse wasn't injured.
Oh my goodness, that's the first time I've seen that happen. I'm so glad the lady trooper was able to stay aboard and nothing serious happened to the horse. Great job young lady
I've always dreaded seeing that happen. The slippery cobbles under those metal horseshoes, must make the horse feel so unstable (correct me if I'm wrong). Well done for staying one!
Not cleaning the poop out of the boxes is inviting a safety incident with risk of serious injury to horse and rider. This seems negligent to leave it there like that.
Wow! Hopefully, this horse didn't injure it's self!? This Guardswomen not falling off while holding on with one hand, shows just how good of a horse woman she is! Thank You For Your Service! 💐🌟
Man, as much as I like the cobbles, they are so not meant for horseshoes (or leather soled boots!) Honestly, it scares me every time one slips, both the horses and the guards! I hope the horse didn’t get hurt, but I guess because of all the maneuvers they do they’re pretty agile, but still…🙀 Not surprised at all she kept her seat, these gunners are fabulous!😻🐎❤️
@@busk1976 I probably should’ve said every time one slides or skids a bit, those cobblestones don’t offer much traction for horseshoes or leather soles, and while they didn’t actually slip they definitely slid a little, especially in the poop in the boxes! 🙀💩I’m a clod and trip over my own feet so when I see someone teeter it makes me want to hang on to something!😹🐎❤️
Not any more it’s a change to the dress regs which allows different styles of hair The same and the change to men’s dress regs which now sees the army come into line with the other services and now allows beards 😊
This is The Kings Troop Royal Horse Artillery , more female Gunners than men in the Troop . They are usually seen pulling the gun carriages and firing salutes at State occasions .The Household Cavalry are away on summer camp so The Kings Troop stand as Kings Lifeguards .
There are some women in the other regiments, too- such as the one whose parents brought a sign several days ago when she was in this box. It's easier to see the women in the uniforms here in this video. With the Blues and the Lifeguards, the uniforms/helmets make it difficult to tell the men from the women.

Horse was on duty an hour later all is fine
I can tell she has ridden horses for years! Proud of her!
She handled that well. Good horsemanship!
Must be why she’s got that lance corporals stripe
Great job trooper🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩💖💖💖💖
She’s definitely a trooper
She did well to stay on! 😊
Wow, I think I would have come off my horse 😮 well done.

Most horses don't slip
@@busk1976 thanks for the reply.

It's fine
By all means people ... take no concern over the horse that just fell to its knees ... you make sure you get your F'cking photo!!
Well of course!
Guards and Horses are trained well and for a time before going on to horse guards parade.
What a lovely colored horse!
Funny enough I was thinking yesterday, when does the Kings Troop take over for a couple of months.
Would she have the same horse for each duty or do they swap around? Does anyone know? No guesses please...

I've only seen 3 slips in 3 years

I thought female soldiers had to have long hair tied up

The horse became overwhelmed after being touched by those sick two leg animals. Poor horse.
