The group has potential of great vocal output. if i were you I would cut out one member and alternate him with another on other songs, sounds like there is one part that could be clouding the other parts. Or creatively create two variants of bass to add more flavour. Even if you check out natually 7, the have others do other stuff than parts directly. My thoughts, but hey great music.

Like Rhythm Acapella Bass which they have already, then straight low bass like typical Adventist Choir bass. The Baritone is good, the tenors are nice
