Why is it so difficult for the world to get along. World peace, universal compassion for all living things, healing the beautiful earth...this should all be so natural.Happy New Year to you Rinponche and all reading this. Best we can do is our part,spread the feeling. feeling.
cause people dont want to do inner work. greed, pride, guilt, victim game, shame this are cognitive emotions, not body emotions. as long as people at individual level remain uneducated in this matter, conflict will be in the world. identification with our emotions will lead to a path of conflict and suffering.

"im old, i dont have time, i dont have money, etc". there is no better time to start no matter the age then this moment. NOW. now is the best time to cut the bs and start the basic meditation "anapana". this teachings are a breath of air no matter the age. may you find the wisdom of presence.
