They will charge for maintenance and will ask extra for club maintenance
Drainage water supply in bathrooms
Basement water leakage
And many others you will get to know once u start living in society
And also i am saying if you want to purchase flat in any of the society just stay there for atleast 6 months on rent just to know about the construction and problems in society

Also builder registry karva nahi raha. Kuch flats ki starting me karvayi and ab 2 saal se ek registry nahi ho rahi.
And aap resale bhi nahi kar sakte as per builder guidelines before registry
Society me enter karte hi builder ne khud likha hua ha ye
And sale guy aapko bolega bas Agle mahine registry ho jayegi aap payment karo
