Hi brother, planning for a flat on 34th floor, they are asking approx 88 Lacs, with registry free and other household items free. Is it good deal than Prateek carnesia ? Personally I didn’t like parking and other amenities. Kindly suggest.

How to esclate the issue if they are keeping extending the handover date. It is already 6 months for us since we paid stamp duty.
You need to visit physically and build pressure. Trust me I also did so because their escalation system is crap.
How is the water quality sir please provide input for this much important factor
Water quality is not good. You need to use water purifier for drinking and water softener for house hold.

Hi, i an getting possession in 4-5 days. I visited yesterday and saw inverter and purifier were not installed (its free along with the unit). When asked they said you will get it after hondover.
Please suggest what to do in this scenario.
Sorry for late reply but it is correct it will be handed over at the time of handover it-self.

Maine 3bhk dekhi h 1185st ft. Upper floors pr above 26th floor.
Mine is on 15th floor.

Can't say any thing surely some of the issues are still open and there is no proper response from Gaur Maintenance.

There is no DG for power back. This issue is going on but they have given inverter for same. Water is not an issue here. Plz support our channel.
