Looks like a real headache I wanna do mine but half tempted to put it in a shop let someone else do it lol I can see me having a right paddy over this. Was that last bolt hadd to get out in end the one behind the frame thabks for sharing

I had to take a heat gun to my exhaust to get the baffle out, just had to expand the metal around it slightly and give it a hard pull.

To remove the bolts off the heatshield just remove the whole pipe.

Yamaha are great bikes but shit to work on. Manufactures don't think about the people who do work on them. Love doing mods to my yammi but I hate the stress it causes. Nice exhaust mate but remove them baffles :)
