    Wow, Nadal is the fifth most successful hard-court player! This video also made me realise how historically dominant the US has been at tennis.

      @calebp6114 depends on what tournament. Wins at ATP 250 + 500 < Master/GS/ATP F
      Federer has most wins on hard court but Djokovic has most Big Titles on same surface (14 GS + 7 ATP F + 29 Master)

      People say that because they compare Nadal to the other 2 members of the BIG3, not all tennis players. Do you realize that? Compared to Federer and Djokovic on hard courts, Nadal is far behind.

      @@huynhnguyenthanh6619 Nadal has 6 slams on Hardcourt, including 4 at the US, the SAME amount as Novak. The difference being Nadal ONLY played 5 finals to win his 4 at 80% win/loss where as Novak took 10 attempts to finally get his 4th win at a miserly 40%... So don't talk crap... If you gonna compare, then Novak & Federer are Lightyears behind Nadal on clay courts

      @@huynhnguyenthanh6619 Nadal in his prime was very competitive on hard even against Fed and Novak, to say he was "far behind" is just wrong. He actually has a winning record v Fed in hard court slam matches (Fed did not beat him in any slam match between Wimby 2007 and AO2017), and he has 2 wins in slam finals over Novak at USO before he turned 30. He's also the only one of the big 3 to win the American summer slam.

    Thanks for this. At win rate I expected Medvedev a bit higher, Sinner and Alcaraz are already top notch, Nadal out of top 10, that's a bit surprising. Roddick has an amazing percentage as well, people forget how good he was just because Federer used to thrash him. Of course Djokovic is the best on hard.

      Alo copile de 11 ani, acei SPP-isti sunt legali si autorizati iar astia erau de capul lor, vita. Pai asa pot sa spun si eu ca apar pe nu stiu cine si ma inarmez eu asa de capul meu, nu?? Aveau drept la arme de foc cu munitie letala?? NU. Atunci da-te-n slobozzzz, ce mai vrei?? Ete ba la el mentalitate, orice derbedeu de acuma sub masca asta ca apara pe nu stiu cine umbla el asa cu orice arsenal vrea. Asta doar in capul tau sau in lumea ta baiete....Tu poate nu ai invatat nimic din democratie ca numai cretinisme debitezi. Pai daca aveau asa dreptul cum spui si erau legali ce faceau nu-i mai lua politia. Asa ca m-am lamurit cu tine, tu ai o minte de copil din ala de 11 ani de retardat... Se cruceste omul cand aude ce debitezi.... Vai de capul tau. Aici in Romania nu e Congo sa umble el cu mitraliera pe strazi ca acolo. Sa se duca acolo sa umble asa pe unde lupta el... Can Novak get 70 more wins before he also retires?

    • @Summon256
      @Summon256 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      This has to be 70+ on hard courts specifically, that ain't happening...he barely won 37 matches this season and almost half of them were on natural surfaces - clay and grass...assuming he averages 20 match wins per season he will have to maintain this pace for the next 3 years and a half...he won't even play for that long...more important question is, can he keep his win rate leadership, because the more he loses - the more it drops and it's exponentionally becomes harder and harder to maintain it as numbers of wins grows along with number of loses...

    Greatest hard court tennis players are not decided by match wins, that's absolutely rubbish! The great example i can think of imagine a hypothetical case scenario, where one player plays for 40 years and wins exactly one match in every tournament he plays for each one of those 40 seasons, by the time he finishes his career his match win count would probably be something like 500-600, which is more match wins than certified hard court legend Pete Sampras, who finished his career with 426! The win percentage is legit though as it accounts pretty large sample size and thus pretty reliable factor when paired along huge numbers acculumated. But that match wins stat is completely useless and totally unnecessary! More telling stats are title leads overall and most important in every elite category on the surface, lead on every particular standalone elite hard court tournament, stuff like that...even situative records like h2h advantage between two most promiment players in the same era on hard court surface (in our case Federer and Djokovic) play bigger role in this than this pathetic stat - match wins...
