As a great cook myself must say you've done JUSTICE to this dish it looks amazing. Never seen it before though been to Ghana a few times. It is a very colourful and vibrant looking dish. I must try it. God bless you for sharing with us 👏💕
That's definitely gonna be yummy 😋 and am Sarah watching 👀 from Nigeria. Please did you fry the red, green and wine colour sauce? Because it looks glossy thanks for sharing your amazing cooking recipe
I have never had Banku, Ghana or any African food and I’m dying to try it. I recently moved from the state of Massachusetts to Connecticut. In MA there’s a big community of Ghanian but not sure here in CT where I would find African food restaurants. I might just have to try it making myself. I’m a foodie and love foods from all over the world.
There are so many Ghanaians in CT. I live in NY but work in CT daily. There are African markets and restaurants in CT, depending on where u live in CT, u could be lucky to find one.
Thank you for teaching me to make Banku. I have always wanted to know how. Did you put flour in t h e cornmeal? Your cookinh is delicious. I will make it but I want to know about the flour❤😂😅😊
Well done. Please share a video on how you made your corn meal from scratch rather than using cornflour. I am Nigerian and i remember seeing my Ghanaian friends doing it from scratch in Lagos. I cant remember how it was done again and i cant find corn flour where i am. Please abd thank you
In Ghana, fufu is cassava and plantain mix and banku is corn and cassava mix. Swallow is both or anything thing of that sort which you swallow and not chew. Try it and you will love it😊

Love your cooking. However, you didn't include veggies😢
Please the name of your blender
Don't use nylon to cover food. That's unhealthy
DELICIOUS😊
Raw peppers are acidic is always good to heat it up little..
Yummy
What is the name of your pot and blender please
The blender is A vitamix brand. Pot is Misen
I love your videos but they are too long 😢
🎉 beautiful ❤️
So yummy
Thank you 🥰🥰
Is banku different from kenke because i love kenke
Kenkey and banku are both made from corn. Kenkey is wrapped with corn husks and boiled. The taste and aroma are different.
Yummy 😋
It was!
Kwankyewaa what brand of pot did you use to make the banku?
It is from Misen ❤

Was going to ask same question. Pls Sis show us how to make the corn dough. Thanks
Banku? Fufu? Swallow? What is the difference??. I am eager to try Authentic African food💯🥰🙌🏽🇯🇲🙏🏽
In Ghana, fufu is cassava and plantain mix and banku is corn and cassava mix. Swallow is both or anything thing of that sort which you swallow and not chew. Try it and you will love it😊
Banku and fufu are both considered swallow. As Serwaa explained, banku is from corn and cassava, fufu is from cassava and plantain.
Thank you I will 😋
Swallow is a Nigerian term, not a Ghanaian one.
😋😋❤👌
😢 looks good 👍
Thank you ❤

اني من العراق
This looks great
This looks like our ugali from Kenya.
Indeed! ❤
I think you should not add any salt to the two pepper blend and the salad you already have salt in the fish and the cassava
MAY I ASK WHAT DID YOU DO WITH THE FISH HEADS THE BESTEST PART OF THE FISH HOPE YOU DIDN'T THROW IT AWAY
Yummy
Best too cut on cutting board.
Yummy 😋
