This my FIRST TIME commenting on a video but really needed this! I’ve been going thru a lot lately! I’ve recently made a bad decision do to me over thinking 💭 I’ve been hurt alot as a child n really have bad trust issues! I hate to looked embarrassed In a relationship! I’m fed up with my way of overthinking and puttting my time and energy in my thoughts of some happening to someone I love with people I know and don’t trust as much no more and maybe I am overthinking but now I just want to keep those thoughts out my head now I wanna just live life and not think of some I can’t control!!! This video help me out tonight no lie been a week since I’ve stop drinking and popping pills but now I’m just working on my mind even tho I’ve been off alcohol and drug I still find myself in a dark place in my head…

That’s what’s wrong with so much of the world... we are all too focused on judging others and not looking inside of ourselves. Most people are too ashamed to look within themselves. It’s like an alcoholic calling another alcoholic an alcoholic.

I know life is beautiful, but when something hits you and you haven't even started living yet it's hard then to enjoy life. A childhood filled with trauma exhausts your strength and then you have no will to succeed but only to survive. Too many bad things happen and then you just wish you were gone. Just God can help me :(
I can feel that.. I’ve been there.
But you know it’s all about the memories and the thoughts we perceive from them. Good news is we CAN control and alter what goes on in our heads.. be it memories or be it thoughts. Yes, it’s a little difficult (actually very difficult) but happiness, joy, life all of these are worth the hard work. Happiness or contentment are not gifts.. they’re our birth rights. They’re YOUR rights. They’re not rewarded to you but you have to CLAIM them.

Somebody have purpose in job, somebody in children, somobedy in wife/hausband. After these years I don't know what is normal life because I was sexualy abuse from 5 to 12 y old. Lose soul... :(. I try to keep going forward. I choose to do my best to not have regrets. Everyone always says live in the moment but moments lead to other moments and sometimes u gotta take step back look the big picture. Its called having a end game and goals. U meet some people for a reason I believe. I've always choose to not let people around me get comfortable with what I do not think is right, because I believe they are better than that. Ego will hold u back. If u were never to wake up tomorrow what are the things u would change, what are the things u would of held closer, who are the people u would of done things differently with and cared about. Whatever u do just keep trying keep doing right in the world and pray.
I just strive to stand on moral and principles. Thats all I can do.
