Do you have any videos on how to start working with your first client? The questions to ask them? The answers you should prepare for them? I feel like so many clients want me to up front share my entire strategy plan and I don’t feel comfortable doing that-
Can you make a video that goes over questionnaires specifically? I’d like more insight on the types of questions to ask to enhance client experience!

Do you need to pay for a monthly installment for your invoices to go through? My trial ended, and I want to know if I will still be able to get my money.
Is it possible to create a questionnaire to put right next to the call scheduling calendar just like in dubsado? because I wouldn't mind putting my HoneyBook call link, however I still want to filter out the proper clients by having them fill out the form. (Usually if someone fills a form, it shows more commitment on their end).

I currently use asana to assign projects to my team. Does Honeybook have the same/similar feature? If Honeybook can really be an all-in-one tool, I'd definitely be interested in switching.

Hi Latasha.. I'm in the first month of my business. When do you think using a CRM would be beneficial? Also.. when you're setting up your scheduling, does this replace the Calendly tool.. or does it link to your Google calendar as well?
I just started with this platform and it looks like there is an integration with Calendly AND/OR synching to your google calendar.

What do I put for the merchant category code? Does it matter if I use the wrong one by accident?
That part confused me too and I think I chatted in with support to be sure. Sorry, I don’t remember what I put but they sent me a list you can choose from if you chat in. Basically it’s just how your transactions will show up on your customer’s credit card receipts
We can't use Honeybook in South Africa. Would you recommend something else?

Some of this just feels like too many steps. Contact form > follow up email with brochure > client schedules call > follow up call > send follow up email with invoice packages ...etc. Sometimes you've already spoken to clients or you've marketed to them already and you just want them to visit your site, select a date from the calendar, and pay a deposit for the service immediately. I've been searching but can't really find much about that process with Honeybook ...lol
Social media users demand value. Share value as maximum as possible as I do on TH-cam and LinkedIn. Forget about selling. Create brand awareness first!
