For anyone interested, we just visited the Amable Maria area on our trip to Loja. Its a lovely area, quiet, yet very close to town. The residences being built there are phenomenal, as gorgeous as you see in the video. We will probably be looking to purchase there when we relocate next year. Thanks for the video!

Are the windows in new properties double pane or single pane? Double pane cuts noise way down.
It’s different in each property. Some windows have single and some are double pane.
