One of my favorite things about Vegeta is how he eats just as much and just as hungrily as Goku, but acts totally serious the entire time.
The Prince of All Sayians must take on any challenge with all his might……..especially if Goku is seating next to him.

I'm starting to think Chi-Chi could run a restaurant kitchen alone with the literal piles of food she churns out daily.
She would need 3 seperate storage rooms of food. One for the masses, two, for her family and friends, and most importantly and the most stocked up, three, Goku's food storage alone. mans could eat a restaurants stock empty.

I think Alvin has moved up to my favorite creator on this channel. He's lost all the awkwardness and nerves from the earlier episodes and is now really a joy to watch. I might have to make a smaller version of this though, meat and rice bowls are some of my favorites.

I always wondered how Chi Chi made so much food.
Goku has a job as a farmer when he's not training and he likely catches the animals that make up the meat products.
Before his castle was burned down by a second mountain fire the Ox King also gave money to Goku and Chi Chi.
From that point it's just a task of cooking up enough to fill two or three saiyans (Four or Five if Vegeta and Trunks decides to pay a visit).
She was able to pull it off because she is fictional and so is the rest of Dragon Ball

I always wondered where they got all the money to afford all that food. Then again Chi Chi's dad is a king, so Goku was probably just sponging off his father-in-law all this time.
@@Sorcerers_Apprentice IIRC Goku's family is kept afloat by tournament prize money and his father in law. Mr Satan also pitches in for Gohan/Videl, so you're correct.

just made this, had no pork belly on hand but i figured i'd use some bacon and reduce the amount of soy sauce to prevent it from being too salty. came out delicious and fantastic!

Tbh any type of meat and rice bowls are always in short supply at any local asian food place in my city.
It's because the ingredients are simple yet unique enough and a break from most majority of mexican food places.
They usually run out so many people buy the bowls.

I know you’ve done ramen before on the show, but how about recreating the foxtail millet ramen from Dr. Stone? It would make for an interesting challenge.

I won't asked more but Niccolo's Dish on Attack on Titan Season 4 Lobsters and Seafood. Those are real treat for Food enthusiast to see Sasha eats beside Potato and Meat.
Ignis' Lasagna al Forno from Final Fantasy XV, mainly because that lasgna is extremely OP (completely nullifying damage from all elemental magic). That meal made the end game dungeons much easier. Paired with the black hood from Pitioss Ruins, it was, to quote Noctis, "Cake, baby!" 😂
When I made this my pork was cooked to perfection and I followed this recipe down to the very detail! But it could use some seasoning to balance the sweet glaze you get from the onion sugar coating.
Every time I put that 6min egg on anything I am automatically full.
An idea you could do during this time (that’s technically from a movie but it’s from the book first so I think it counts) is the Litmus Lozenge from Because of Winn-Dixie that taste like strawberry, rootbeer and melancholy!
That onion jam looks great, going to try that out right away.
When ever an episode has my homie Alvin in it, I know whatever he makes it’s gonna be legit. My fav host next to Babish, dude always makes bangers.
The onion you used reminded me that you guys should do the pub curry from Samurai Gourmet on one of your shows. It's a tripe curry that's thick like spackle, that has been simmering for a long time, it is served with rice and (I think) pickled umeboshi and topped with raw diced onion and bonito flakes. I'm a curry fiend, curry is my favourite dish and that scene made me drool.
Dunno why but Alvin always makes me so relaxed. Love it.
All Goku does is train and output so much energy. It makes sense that he would a whole buffet’s worth of food each meal.

I love how most people in the show react realistically to seeing Goku et al eat comical amounts of food.
I’m definitely not a Saiyajin, but if somebody give me all that food I’ll eat all. Probably I will look like Baki after eat, but with no regrets.
I really appreciate showing the other kitchen staff doing the work. Giving them credit for work that is too often edited out, and showing that in reality some of these dishes can't necessarily be made by a single person.
I LOVE how you guys eat the food at the end and talk about it. Too many cooking channels don’t eat the food and that’s what it’s all about!!

Just a suggestion but could you do some of the foods from Ristorante Paradiso someday? It's a short but very comforting anime and has some pretty nice meals in it.

I discovered a love for chicken fried rice thanks to the Super Deluxe Meat Course from a few months ago. It's a great way to reuse leftover chicken.
The crazy thing is that chichi made (according to my counting) 18 bowls of the Premium Meat Bowl, no wonder she's always mad at goku for not working, he's eating them outta house and home.
Please consider making the christmas stollen from dr stone season 3 for the holidays. I'd absolutely love that.

@@nikobatallonescorrect. It was a variety platter from the same game, with a ground chicken thing as the main course. Iirc, in the game you collect ingredients in and Chichi uses what you have to make different meals to provide custom upgrades.

When I was a teenager in Scouts
We had a pizza party once. When it was all said and done. I ate 5 large pizzas in a 6 hr period.
Now for this dish. 1/2 the rice and double the meat and sauce.
