This was when I was in 2nd year of college at IIT Kharagpur, I was in the worse phase of life. I scored very less in exams, I was very weak physically, I was in the worst relationship of my life and over all I was not proud of the person that I was. But there are 6 principles that I decided to follow in my life which have been a game changer for me. From that stage to working in one of the high paying jobs, running 2 youtube channels and running one of the fastest growing video editing cohorts in the country - a lot of things have changed. Thanks to these 6 principles. Watch the video till the end cuz this can potentially change your life too.

What Tharun speaks:
1) Read books and listen to podcasts. Make yourself a better decision maker and also better at productivity.
2) Make monthly and weekly goals this year and keep a track of where have you reached.
3) 2 hours of daily Monk Mode where you, your goals and only you are present.
4) Cut down from those people who do not align with your goals or demotivate and distract you from your goals. It might suck but you need to do it.
5) This one is not a principle but a mindset shift - Respect yourself first. Respect your time, respect your energy that where you are using your it.
6) 40 minutes of work as soon as you wake up followed by 40 minutes of exercise.
1.Read books and listen podcasts
2. Respect yourself
3. Set goals daily, weekly and monthly
4. Cut down those people who are not allign with you
5. 2 hours monk mode
6. Exercise after waking up 40 minutes

I've written down this!
*6 Principles to change my life forever*
1) I should read a lot of books and also listen to podcasts.
2) I should make an yearly, monthly, weekly & daily plan before the day starts. Also must have take an overview of the month starting next to it.
3) I needs to give at least 2 hours of my day to work hard towards my goal. (Apart from my college, classes & freelancing)
4) Cut down all of the people who discouraged me to not do things which I means to do. In my case, my parents are the biggest demotivators who always denys me to not do things which I love to do. And my motivator is my elder brother who always supports me whichever thing I do.
5) Learn to say "NO" to those who don't value you or respect you. No matter who they are. In my case a butterfly (crush) who I always used to chase till last year.
6) Do 40 mins of workout right after you wake up. 40 mins of workout everyday in your week because week builds month, month makes years and that will help you become successful in your life.

1. Read or listen podcast about the thing you want to achieve. ( 2:36 books, 2:42 podcast )
2. Track year. plan 3-4 goals and break it down in 3-4 months to complete it.{Monthly goal -> Weekly goal -> Daily goal}
At start of every months have an overview about what you are going to do in that month, week and day.
3. Have at least 2 hours of monk mode everyday ( focus on working in an environment without distractions)
4. Eliminate bad things from your life or things that dont align with your goal (toxic friends, bad habits etc)
5. Main Character Mindset. prioritise yourself, your time, emotions by loving yourself and taking care of yourself as you are only responsible for your life and the choices you make.
6. Double four protocol. 40 min of work after you wake up, 40 mins of workout for 6 days per week.

Principle 1 -: read and learn as much as you can
Principle 2-: track your year , make monthly goals
Principle 3-: give a chunk of time for yourself in a day and be consistent with it
Principle 4-: cut out distractions
Principle 5-: respect yourself ,your situation.
Principle 6-: 44 rule
