N. Kaczmarek is apparently the ace of the Poland along with K. Duzynski, Ewa Swoboda & Pia Skrzyszowska. Without those 4 who excels in there own respective categories, these wins wouldn't be possible for them. In this race Klaver & Bol weren't in the lineup. Natalia & Dajetan really need help for the World Championship in Budapest if they want to something. Perhaps, E. Swoboda could also be in relay. I'm sure she will be reliable.
Kajetan Duszyński didn't take part in this race. It is hard to determine what his current form is like. Two young guys who ran in the Polish team are talented, but very inexperienced. I think it is the main reason why they underperformed in this relay. Thankfully Natalia Kaczmarek did a great job. BTW: Ewa Swoboda doesn't run the 400m.
@@alialibaba1886 yah, I observed Poland didn't put Duzynski to the line up in a way to balance the lack of speed of the Neds racing without their two fastest women. Plus, they can study where do they need to improve. Sorry for the confusement in terms of their names. It's a bit hard to remember & spell polish names. Anyway, as always Natalia lifted them again. But I don't think there strategy was right in this race, thankfully they have still managed to pull it. I observed that Poland really got a good set of runners & program but for the women they really lack in length. For the men Duzynski is the only guy I saw that got the world class talent to run the same pace as the best in the world. The other guys they have weren't that fast like him. I wonder if the team have already got some new cards to play in the world Championships. We know the 2 standard blonde women who is a huge part of Polish success in running are aging right & they already did their part. Kelbeinska is ok but she is so inconsistent. The competition is getting stiffer, I think they must find & develop new talent. It would be better if they will have new sprinter taller than 5'9 for women. About Ewa I have just wonder why she isn't picked to play relay. She is really quick runners right & still young pretty much in her prime.
@@dayleashleynolasco5765 "the 2 standard blonde women" - I guess that you are referring to Justyna Święty and Małgorzata Hołub. 😀 Hołub took part in all 4x400m relay finals that took place at big events from 2013 to 2021 (of course if Poland was present there). Almost the same can be said about Świety - she missed maybe 3-4 events when she was injured. Małgorzata is pregnant so she will miss the whole 2023 season. A couple of days ago Justyna announced that she was ending the season due to health issues. Sadly Święty's last seasons were hampered by a string of injuries. Another Polish regular Iga Baumgart also got injured. She will probably start to run only in the second part of the season. To make things worse Kiełbasińska is not in her top form. As you can see the Polish team is in a difficult situation. In my opinion in Budapest Poland has no chance for a medal in the women's 4x400 relay. Things look better in the mixed realy, but a lot will depend on who are available and in which form. This particularly applies to Duszyński and Zalewski. Swoboda will surely run the anchor leg, but in the 4x100m relay. She doesn't like the longer distances.
@@alialibaba1886 Exactly, those 2 but like Kelbisianska. Both of them were also inconsistent. I saw Sweity - Erstic raced in some of the category she joined. Yah, she was fast but in some races where it's essential to be fighting for gold like the Mix Relay lately which they only got 4th. Behind 1st Dom Rep full line up, 2nd Neds - Full line up & 3rd US with Alyson Felix still there not with the eventual new stronger team they are building to go in Budapest in the next month. Justyna was obviously the weakest link in the 3. The blonde guy in first leg did a good start passing the baton in 2nd to Sweitek Eirstic. While Duzynski in 3rd leg has tough job to cover the grounds they lost in the 2nd leg. Then, at the last leg Kaczmarek had tried but she was way behind. The best thing she could do is to beat Jamaica in 4th. Femke was amazing there who was in the same leg as Natalaia of course. Although Ned's start 4th you know how Bambi find way to leap her team up. Not enough though to catch Cofl of Dom Rep. I bet you have watched that race. Why did they sit Baumgart Witten. She should have been a better choice in relay with her legnth. That race shows that Poland weakness are some of their women runners. Although I still respect Sweitek, Keibisianka & Holub's achievements after all this time they brought medals in Poland especially in Tokyo finshing 2nd way behind the USA women. But if the Poland squad want to win & match those top 3 countries who have lately showed a lot of imprivement beside the US team. They must invest to new runners. Try to find taller woman & develop them to be quicker as possible. Same with guys, Duzynski couldn't handle it by himself same with Kaczmarek who is the only one who can dip to the same time as Femke Bol. In 100mH & 100m P. Skrsyszowska & E. Swoboda are doing a great job respectively. But as you have said & I observed they unlikely join the relay & 400m where you can see the fastest runners who knows how to utilize the race. Im an avid fan of Motorsport especially MotoGP & F1 . You see there big manufacturers are trying to look for promising pilots & offering them big bucks just drive/ride their machines. If you are old or slow you will be sacked. They should adapt it to them. I think some of the Polish runners have achieved what they can do. It's time to find new blood. I know Poland Sprint Program is really good, it's top class as you can see it how quick their runners are despite lacking in some areas.
@@dayleashleynolasco5765 Justyna was consistent when she was healthy. Generally the same can be said about the rest of the girls. After all the Polish women's team brought medals from every major event from 2016 to 2022. But all good things must come to an end. In 2022 Justyna had a good beginning of the outdoor season. Sadly then came health problems and her form deteriorated a lot. In early June of 2022 Święty ran a sub 51, a couple of weeks later she could not break 52 s. So at the WCh in Eugene Justyna was just far from her best form, additionally during the mixed relay she had a cold (Polish No.2 in 2022 Anna Kiełbasińska didn't want to run 2 times in the mixed relay). Not to mention that both Zalewski and Duszyński were also in much worse form than in Tokyo. That couldn't end well, particularly Święty's performance in the final was not good. At the time Natalia Kaczmarek was in very good shape, but she could not do anything on the anchor leg when Bol was 2 seconds ahead. You are saying that Poland must invest in new, tall runners. Well, it is not that easy to find them, particularly women who will run a sub 50 or at least a sub 51. Unfortunately all girls of Natalia Kaczmarek's generation are much weaker than her.
Natalia Kaczmarek split 49.79 while running more than half of the race in lane 2 or 3. Not too much longer before she dips under 50 in the open event again. Really hope she makes it to her first global final this year!
During the last year's World Athletics Championships Natalia Kaczmarek had stomach problems (probably food poisoning). That's why she didn't perform well in the semi-finals. If Natalia had been healthy she would have made it to the final in Eugene. Interestingly, her teammate Anna Kiełbasińska ran in that final - Natalia has not lost to Anna for 2 years.
Yes, that,'s why I like them. Even in the mix relay. Until today if you have watched the mix relay yesterday where the new Polish quartet were nowhere near the top dogs teams in the race. I understand though because its a new line up. The old faces were gone, I believe they have a descent reason why.
@@postive-vibes I don't think so. K. Duziynski can't carry the mix relay by his own. N. Kaczmarek doesn't want to join the mix this time because she is focus in 400m then women's relay. This new line up of Poland in mix relay really need some sharpening. They have finished yesterday, 6 sec + from the winner, it's dead last in the heat. That was the worse after being automatically put in that pos. due to the teams previous performance.
Unfortunately this year Poland has had a lot of problems with the line-up. Only one girl from the Polish TOP 5 is available. Justyna Święty and Iga Baumgart are injured, Anna Kiełbasińska (who run the 2nd leg in this race) also has some health problems and is not competing in Budapest. Małgorzata Hołub gave birth to a child a couple of days ago so she is missing the whole season. With this knowledge it is not surprising that the Poles can't field their strongest women's 4x400m line-up. Almost the same can't be said about the 4x400 mixed relay, which is understandable. Additionally Natalia Kaczmarek (the Polish No.1) didn't take part in the mixed relay because it collided with the individual 400m.
@@alialibaba1886 it's a shame they don't have any quality substitute like the US. Even without Sydney McLaughlin in the line up they have in their 400m or 400m hurdle. They have got S. Little who took her place. & actually managed to finish 2nd to F. Bol yesterday in the finals. While in 400m they have a got couple if representative that qualified in the Final. Although the race quite lap sided with Dom Rep. M. Paulinho once again destroying the other contenders despite Barbados S. Williams & of course Idol N. Kaczmarek put their best in the race. Dom Rep no. 1 is just unbeatable at the moment. She even beat S. Mclauglin in Paris this year. If only Natalia got the same speed as Klaver in the 200m she could have given Paulinho a run for her money. She was fast on the straight at the last bend. The only problem was the apex & the first part of 200m where she is losing a lot of time. That is what Natalia needs to work on to match Paulinho & beat her next time they clash again.
