The reason why so many of us appreciate train sound is because of few reasons in my opinion • Nostalgia as we all travelled from train since we gained senses initially • Train sound holds the vibrations of diverse india from kashmir to kanyakumari or from west to east which sparks feeling of unity and brotherhood • Night train journey is a time when we are alone with our thoughts. People might be moving here and there, but its as if we are alone in a crowd • Train travel is like a journey which is similar to journey of life. People traveling in various classes(1st, 2nd, 3rd) but ultimately destination is one. We all will be eventually reaching to same point in the end of life. We meet different people from different background and culture just like in life. In between we stop, sometimes train gets delayed just like there is down phase in our life So all these things gives us a surreal and beautiful way to connect with reality
I personally feel like these sounds are more than just generic tracksounds. When you hear these, All sounds and combinations have a different story to tell. It almost feels as if the train is talking to us. Hats off to ICF coaches.
Wow! Each and every minuute sound was captured clearly, I was writing my assignement with boringness but when I started to listen this, I finished my work very fast... Such an pleasent journey.... ❤😊
In future, there will be many types of coaches, but my favourite will be the ICF ones because it gives me a different type of fellings in every journey.

Till now listened to this melodious music for nth time in my car, during night at my work place and now while commenting. I just cannot stop listening to this sound. Though I stay here in Germany but these ICE trains or other regional trains do not have this nostalgia. Of course the technology is totally different but Indian train sound is unique. I remember my days when we used to travel as child from Delhi to Bangalore for 3 days ( in 1988). I used to feel that this journey should never end. I used to always sit in the window and look for the train taking a curve ride when the engine and all coaches till our coach was visible I loved that scene and remember it always. Now when we travel in AC there is no such feeling as window is just glass. Yes it’s cool and comfortable but 3 tier sleeper coach is all I like. Thanks for this video and your efforts ❤
