Mandii respects men, she just has strong masculine energy which can INTIMIDATE many men. She’s not the submissive type. She doesn’t need to depend on a man and because of that now it’s the whole “she doesn’t respect men” …men can’t stand when a woman match their energy or even when a woman look at men the same way men look at women.

There was a point in my life that I was trained, still am … by women at the workplace. I’ve been giving women opportunities like it’s coming up but as it was still hated on or bad mouth about petty things because they wanted a position. I also seen this with men. I’ve seen this women with high up positions deal with BS with there bosses (men). It wasn’t a headache at the time because all those years there was always a plan that I had to keep to myself. Looking back on it I’m glad I don’t deal with nothing like that at work. I just don’t have the patience for it. Humans!
