Hi Johnrey! I just found out about you last month because I needed shade references from you as you are the same shade as me. I started with makeup and ended up with your skincare and health care advise.
Actually alam ko naman on how to live healthy but I fall into depression pretty easily and when I saw you recommend supplements, especially the 5-htp one, I had to try it talaga cause I've been sleeping around 5am to 7am for a month na, with some nights crying and questioning my purpose. I just got my supplements 2 days ago and I NEVER FELT BETTER! Needed to point that out because yesterday I manage to sleep at 2am and now inaantok na ako ngayon! I don't feel stressed nor that anxious from before, and I randomly got so grateful and faithful?? Ako lang ba haha
