That was yet again enjoyable guys. Wave rock is so strange, kids took the challenge and did well. Great drone work again Henry, such a pristine coastline. You'll be near Esperance by now and the recently voted most beautiful beach in the world Lucky Bay, hope you get to walk with the kangaroos on the beech. Good herring fishing Henry 0.3 white or blue bait with a bit of a whale oil slick and a little berley works well. Hope you have time to explore Kalgoorlie and the Goldfields Region. Lake Ballard just out of Menzies is very unusual with the statues. They are 1/3 sized statues of the local Aboriginie's, made of titanium. You stand on the mound at night with a little water in the lake and wow. The horizon in daylight is just a thin line in the distance so under a full on stary night you can't see it but the stars above are mirrored in the water so stand on the lower mount you feel like you're on the edge of our galaxy from your feet to above your head to each side all you can see is stars and the horizon is not visible. It will blow your mind. Kalgoorlie is great, a city on the edge of the desert. There are a couple of tribal communities near town and the town's architecture is really unique. Amazing old pubs and lots to see and learn about WA's history. You also have the 2 up school, it's a tin sheet enclosure but ancient. The Broad Arrow pub is worth a visit but nothing beats going under ground or the Super pit. Check out blasting times before you visit. Bit if luck you will see how they cut and cast the pit. Bino's will help pick up the old mine shafts which can still be seen around the edges of the pit. Tonnes of history. Oh yes you can't visit without a drive down Hay St. During the day is better with the kids in tow, not too much to see as opposed to nights. What a great adventure. Thanks for sharing.
Thank you! yes it's very different. Thank you! Yes, Esperance was absolutely stunning and we were lucky enough to score a site a Lucky Bay, Video coming soon! You know your fishing don't you! Might have to tee up a fishing trip with you! haha Yes hoping to get to Kalgoorlie.
How awesome is natures creations and especially Wave Rock🥰🔝💯What an unbelievable creation by Mother Nature 🤓 I thought you would’ve taken to your skateboard Henry and carved some moves🤪🤪 Haha when you were standing next to the van staring at the fence, I thought Sarah was sneaking up on you Henry taking a sneaky wee🤦🏻♂️ 🤣🤣you had the stance and the concentration of not wanting to get caught😜🤪
Wow it’s pretty impressive in what they did build over 100 years ago , they just had a crack compared with today were they would have 5 / 10 committees, working groups and no idea. Well done
