She said in her blog they would always say the were waiting on the right storylines for her when she asked but she knew it wasn’t true. She said years later she ran into a producer who basically confirmed what she thought. They didn’t want to write for her unfortunately.

I'm actually really excited to get to season 8 cuz it was my first season! I was literally a little 8 year old watching degrassi after school every day LMAO. it's so weird because now i've seen the whole thing but back then Spinner wasn't even a character from the high school to me he was "the guy that works at the dot"
The writer’s honestly took a bump of Craig’s c*ke from last season when writing that Marco/Ellie plot 🤢🤢. Also West Drive is basically the Degrassi of the Degrassi universe. As you get to the later seasons, you’ll meet other people who are in the show (because just like Degrassi, it runs forever) and they go into it a bit more (they even make a joke that season 8 is trash, like how some people say Degrassi S8 isn’t great). BUT with that being said, I’m so excited for you to get to Season 8 so we can see my babies. The people I grew up with. I know a lot of people shit on the season, but it honestly has quite a few iconic episodes, and since it’s only 18 episodes outside of the movie, there’s much less filler episodes than season 7. I kind of wish S7 was shorter and S8 was longer so we could learn more about the new characters and we get a bit more college storylines with Manny, Emma, and Liberty because we saw them way less in college compared to Marco, Ellie, and Paige. Also, that episode with Mia and Lucas, I remember enjoying it, but I think I just liked it because of the music 😂😂
I mean Manny doesn't have a right to judge either. She was a happy side chick to Craig. She can't change the rules just because Emma is her friend. I'm not condoning cheating either but Liberty is the character that is always looked over. JT was embarrassed to admit he even liked Liberty. So, a popular guy showing interest of her i can see why she went for it even tho she knew it was wrong.

my job also made me use military time. i used to work at topshop and the schedules were formatted that way. i definitely showed up to work at the wrong time trying to adjust to that lmao
Canadian here, and no, college/university are not free in Canada. It is definitely less expensive than going to school in the US and you can get decent scholarships if you do well in high school. Also, you do not need to take the SATs 😁
