Use a case statement and you don’t have to worry about “AND” or “OR” statements, and the code is much shorter and easier to read.

Am i silly or is the ST way of programming way better? I do a lot of ladder programming, but just switched to ST recently.

A picture is worth a thousand words. Try trouble shooting a ST program. It's not fun. Use ST for things like large formulas and not much else.

ST is not great for troubleshooting, but its power makes it worth learning.
