We hear the Secretary of State of Wales reads proclamation in Welsh. The Queen then puts an ermine cloak on the Prince and fastens it. M/S Princess Anne and the Queen Mother watching. Natural sound of Charles swearing oath of allegiance to the Queen. The Queen clasps her sons hands, when he finishes talk, she kisses him on the cheek.
