  • This is my first attempt at screening topsoil with my new DeSite SLG 78VF. The DeSite SLG-78VF Topsoil Screener is a great investment for people wanting to save time and money recycling sand, rock, topsoil, compost and many other products. The screener has been specifically designed for use with skid steers, excavators and bucket tractors with up to a 78 inch wide bucket.

    I like the flipscreen I saw on another TH-cam channel. But I'm m just a guy who enjoys watching these videos, so im not sure my opinion counts.

      I looked at the flip screens but think this one will better fit my needs.

      Do you know nice in medieval times means stupidity? And apron exists for an interesting reason. It is napron first . And somebody wrote a napron badly , so people recognised it as an apron

    En qué usaras esa tierra que procesaste? En jardinería ó agricultura? Interesante ese pequeño agregado ☝😎

    I mean you still have to have a generator to run it right? So why not buy one with a motor on it ,you really didn't save anything

    That screen is way too steep - you’re loosing half the soil

    • @JimHowDigsDirt
      @JimHowDigsDirt  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I thought so too. I tilted it as far as it can go but I agree it's still too steep. I'm going to try a longer piece of rubber to hold it on the screen longer to see if that helps.

    The problem there is your wasting good soil, that has balled up with rolling down the screen. This is to much waste. Back to the drawing board. 75% of the waste pile is good balled topsoil.
