You should definitely get the ahrim staff because of it's faster attack speed than the ancient staff . With the amulet of the damme you can auto cast ancients

The Xp rates depend on how much you pay attention. You have to Re-supply the items above every so often to keep repairing wall as well you get about 25 minutes from one load.

There's a menu entry swapper on runelite. You can set shift-click amounts for buying/selling from shops (for 1/5/10/50). I think it's under the menu entry swapper->objects.
