The ending with SMG3 originally meant to be in the Internet Graveyard basically confirms my theory that SMG4 and SMG3 were ‘created’ as guardians of memes, with SMG4 there for relevant memes and SMG3 for dead ones, and if anything went wrong, it would be destiny for it to end up like the way it was meant to, with SMG3 eventually being banished to the Internet Graveyard.

So the whole reason everything is so weird in their world is because of SMG4's self-insert? That's an interesting take; where the self-insert character actually makes the world a worse place.
What I understand:
SMG4, SMG3 and all the memes are some kind of bioweapon created by aliens that turn everyone insane, and SMG4, by accident, discovered a technology that makes everyone not so insane anymore, but still messed up. Basically it's SMG4's fault that everyone accept a few people in this universe are crazy and he quiet litterally created his own Mario World.

I know that this doesn’t matter at all. But this explanation to SMG4’s origins conflict with the lore we got in the last arc. In “Deleted”, it’s established that SMG4 met Mario for the first time in “Super Mario 64 bloopers: Account Loss”. Their meet in that video is very different from how they meet here. (Also, Shoop da Whoop doesn’t appear alongside the other four memes in the flashbacks.)
I like to think that Classic Smg4 is from another universe from the Modern Smg4

So it looks like the SMG4 continuity is essentially a giant really long game of Mario 64, or more accurately a long "sequel" to Mario 64, where the events of Mario 64 took place, and then these USB sticks crash-landed shortly after the events of Mario 64 finished (where we see the end with Mario and Peach on the castle roof) and all this stuff happened shortly after the end of Mario 64. I'm glad he kept the Mario 64 continuity.

That was the comment I made in the past.
This was the video where the fire ignited, sending the world of SMG4 into a bottomless pit of no return. The stories no one liked. The changes everyone hated. The retcons everyone despised. The horrible cosmology and two arcs dedicated to this insanity keept going and going until it reached the boiling point of today.
Which eventually revealed the SMG4 model everyone really *hated.*
The day the SMG4 land burned to the ground, leaving nothing left but a home for the lore hungry goblins that had taken our once fruitful land.

One of the best SMG4 episodes in a long time! Having an explanation for why everyone is stupider in this universe was truly satisfying to watch.
It really is but it also has a bittersweet taste to it, given how SMG4 entering the world basically "ruined" the lives of everyone, changing them forever. Seeing normal Mario really felt weird, given how he is in SMG4's videos, i mean it really is funny and a satisfying explanation, but still.
