When I get to Preston, it will 100% be a video where I show off 4 decks, the starters and finished to Poorston and Big Money, and then explain why Adaptable to go from Dark Horse 0 EXP to Big Money ~25ish EXP tends to be the ideal way to play him.
Loved playing as my first ever rogue, or one of two, in a 2 handed Winifred + Jenny Big Money tag team. So much fun taking them through blind Carcosa run.
Great video! Regarding Winifred: she can play drastically less skills if she uses Crystallizer of Dreams. Perhaps a big money build of her could be event-focused?
That's actually a really interesting idea. I'd written it off before since big money needs draw, and that locks it into cigarette cases, but that's not actually true in Wini. Definitely gonna look into that.
@@RatherIncoherent It'd be awesome to see what you come up with! Pickpocketing can help with the card draw-Winifred evades enough to make it work as an engine. A lot of rogue events involve evading (Cheap Shot, Breaking and Entering), so a Crystallizer Winifred routinely has turns where you end up doing things like Breaking and Entering + Double Commit + Pickpocketing for a clue, an auto-evade, and two cards off of a single action.
