I think you forget something to show here in your slides on the issue about the fish kills that happen in Lake Bito. You are only showing the other side of the lake which pictures out that there were no fish pens. You must have also put into the slides the area where fish pens are overcrowded. Did you know that about 60% of the lake have fish pens? Did you also have the idea that most of the fish pen owners are not from MacArthur, Leyte? Can you also place the area of the settlers near or we say along the lake where garbages are directly thrown to the lake? I appreciated much of what you have presented but you were very biased on the slides.
