So if you have a break down, do you still have to send it back to the factory? Other battery powered equipment have dealers that can fix you there and then, I lost a hell of business waiting to have two ego strimmers repalced, be careful if you depend on this company a living. Terrible customer support .

The Ego service network is pretty good in our experience. Gets serviced locally quite quickly.
