• Haunted Ghost Mansion ...
Sylvester Pierce was a wealthy business man who achieved his fortune as the owner of the S.K. Pierce and Sons Furniture Company. The success of the company and the furniture industry led to Gardner, Massachusetts being known as "Chair CIty".
In the late 1880s Pierce decided he would build a mansion befitting a man of his public stature. The mansion he created was a marvel for its time. The nearly 7000 sq ft mansion boasted 10 bedrooms and took 100 men a year and a half to build. Hand carved mouldings and cornices are seen throughout home. Painstaking detail was used to create every inch of this masterpiece from the master bedroom to the servants quarters. The guest list was one for the ages as the home is said to have hosted the likes of former President Calvin Coolidge, Minnesota Fats, Bette Davis, P.T. Barnum and Norman Rockwell, while also serving as a well-known meeting place for the Freemason Society.
Guests have experienced everything from voices, chanting, full body apparitions, moving furniture, screens flying off windows, slamming doors, the sounds of footsteps on the stairs and halls, sudden temperature changes, foul odors, shadow people, and an ominous lions roar which can shake the house, which many believe is the former Mr. Pierce imposing his displeasure with the current state of the home and its residents. Others have felt the pressure of hands actually pushing them. One visitor felt that a presence was attempting to push her down the steps while another was almost forced out of a third floor window. Paranormal experts have said that the entities in this mansion are the "most advanced" they have ever seen, as they are capable of harnessing electrical energy and converting that power into the ability to move large objects and impose their will physically on their current surroundings.

When Seth asked the Spirit “Can you tell me your name?” And it said “No” , that’s how I know it’s a demon, the reason I believe spirits are so attracted to Seth is bcuz he may have an entity attached to him. And it didn’t want to tell Seth his name bcuz once you know a Spirits/entities name, you have complete control and power over them, and Demons specifically won’t tell you their name bcuz of that reason

That's a myth most demons are actually very narcissistic and love to taunt and show their power, and will more willingly give their names as a show of control of the person they're possessing, I've dealt with a couple personally through having to exorcise people and being a ghost beckon.

I think it’s pretty awesome that Josh is friends with the conjuring house owners and he could get exclusive opportunities that no one else can. And the fact that everything is taped honestly makes it 10x better
You do realize their " exclusive opportunities " were bought and paid for, right? The " conjuring house " couple charge admission, and this house also charges, as it's set up like a museum/halloween " haunted " house. The owners aren't stupid, they charge the gullible looking for imaginary ghosts to pay their mortgages and utility bills.

This house is in the most beautiful condition I’ve ever seen an old house in. The floors are polished to a perfect shine. The furniture and wallpaper is in pristine condition. What an amazing part of history! Love that y’all got to explore and show us the history and investigate the paranormal
You should check out earlier investigations. This house might as well be a Movie Set really. One of the rooms after many years of decay used to have Pigeon crap everywhere. This place was heavily renovated by numerous owners. The original didn't look anywhere as nice as this is. It used to be yellow on the exterior. yuk.

i remember this house from one of the earlier seasons of the "ghost adventures". one of the neighbors asked the guy owner (the husband) about their little son who is often seen playing or running in one of the upstairs bedrooms and the guy owner was like, "but we don't have a child yet"...

The house does not come across as creepy, its the style of that era that makes the house outside and inside quite attractive.

The red furry wallpaper is called flocked wallpaper it's very expensive and you rarely see it anymore you can't clean it you just have to replace it but it is beautiful thank you for sharing that house with us.

Nothing in particular happened to my friend but he was there renovating for a few weeks and he said he'd never go back in the basement again he just had this feeling. I live right down the street from this mansion.

Seth Is an Empath he just doesn't know it and doesn't know how to use it. It would be helpful in these quest. That's why he isnt as afraid as Josh, he can feel the spirits. Thats why he was able to describe the feeling in that room so easy. All people have empathy some a lot more than others. Spirits are drawn to Empaths cuz we can usually help them.

@@PADARM Being an Empath doesn't make you more likely to be possessed then anybody else, if anything Seth will notice the negative spirit in the room right away because of the feeling that they give off. He will want out of that area. He may even just walk away on his own to get a drink or use the bathroom as an excuse cuz he can't explain it. Josh is who id worry about being possessed because he would never see it coming (well feel it). Josh is detached from his spiritual side. Seth is an old soul. Every Empath I've crossed has close "guardian angels" or attached spirits that protect them, so I wouldn't worry too much about our friend Seth. It just makes him attractive to stagnant spirits.

@Black Jesus glad to hear that. I thought the same too until I move to high street in Petersburg Va. That house attack me more than once, push down the staircase and I mean push. Getting look out in a balcony with only having the way to lock the door was on the inside. I call all kinds of people out to that house and They came but refuse to go inside. When You live in one of these houses day after day cant leave. No family there No where to go. Trust Me. You will lose that attitude just like I have. You see I had to live there for 6 months in that house. Trust Me You are not built different. Living in Hell Out and No way out. You have this I got to go leave this place and something always comes over you You cant leave. You cant walk outside those two entry ways to get out of that house and total depair at all times, I'm glad I made it out alive. You see A broken Window was there for ever. You could easy put your hand through it and nothing would happen. Been there for years that way. I try never touching the glass. Then all those years the glass fell. Almost cost Me my right hand. Houses do bite back. When you live in one for a long time, then you will see YOU ARE NOT BUILT DIFFERENT

What’s the house called
My Mother lived in a Demonic House when she was Mid-late teens. The House WAS located in a Lot in Ellet (Akron) Ohio. Between what was called Wayside Furniture and a Restaurant. Was demolished years ago though. She said Doornobs would twist. The attic Door would shut and it would get blazing Hot. She even witnessed two Apparitions walking through their downstairs Hall. A Woman and a Little girl. Both staring at her. Wasn't til after she went back a few yrs ago to check out the surroundings, that there Must've been a fire there at one point that the Realtor failed to mention when they lived in it.

@@TheAmethyz right! I know a bit about video editing. So if I would could the faintest sound on camera, I'd edit that out, enhance the sound and show the fucking soundfile isolated from the video. It really wouldnt be hard!
Yeah. The weird "creepy" music got louder when the spirit boxes were used. Either they tried too enhance the scary vibe of the scene, which did not work, or they needed to mask the bs spirit box sounds they added themselves. So either in editing they screwed up a really cool ghost interaction, or it was all bs.
I used to see ghost. And as you pass thru rooms there are some that gives me goosebumps and chills. As if someone is standing at the corner or was watching what you are doing.

Things I've caught.
1.) When Josh went into that room, 29:12 , the camera started lagging and stuff. I've heard about this and people say maybe a spirit is messing with the camera?
2.) Once again, at 33:57, when Josh was looking out of the window to look at S.K pierce's factory it started lagging again, maybe S.K pierce was in the room with them?
3.) At 38:11, the women states that the 3rd floor is the most haunted, a few seconds later, when Josh starts walking up the stairs, it starts lagging again, is the spirit with them?
4.) At 41:45, the women tells Josh to go into the closet, once again, when Josh opens the door, it starts lagging again.
5.) At 42:03, once again it starts lagging.
6.) When John was asking the spirit which person does it want to lay on the bed,50:36, the spirit says Seth, right when that happens, the bottom left corner of the camera it glitches out, maybe the spirit is trying to do something.
I swear, Seth is a freaking paranormal magnet.

A pool table for the servants in the upstairs with a mysterious closet? Maybe it was where the slaves lived because the ghost list said William was a coloured servant idk. But it has to be more than than that?

owner and his friends drinked alcohol and played pool and the closet was to have fun with servants who they propably paid more extra unles they were slaves.

Finding items in the walls is common. We found some cool stuff in the walls of my house, (built in 1870). A lot of things were put in the walls to ward off bad spirits. The were items in all 4 walls of our parlor, ( in which deceased people were displayed before a funeral ). We believe to keep their spirits from leaving the room and getting trapped in the house. There were toys, clothing, newspapers, and a hand carved quilt rack, which had been taken apart a piece placed in each wall of the room.
That's amazing. We're you able to put the the quilt rack together?
I'd be tempted to not only display it but to get a quilt to display on it.

As a person from around the Gardner area, this house has always intrigued me, whenever I drive/walk by it it gives me an odd feeling. It used to be light yellow before it was repainted Grey. It looked much more word down too.
I'm willing to bet money that one of the spirits of the kids found the spirit of the cat wondering the streets and brought the spirit of the cat to the mansion.

The Lemp Mansion in St.Louis would be a great place to film an Episode of Dark. Several Lemp family members commited suicide in the Mansion, there was also a suspected murder, and a son of the Lemp's was kept in the Attic. He's supposedly a very friendly spirit. He was kept in the attic due to the Lemps being ashamed of having a son with physical deformities. He lived a very lonely life and passed away young. It's known as one of the most haunted places in America. You can stay there overnight and it's also a restaurant during the day.
Ouija boards can be found in the secret compartments of the floor boards of the bedrooms.

@@clarissakat Definitely check out the Mansion. They usually have tours and dinner parties. You can also book a room to stay in. There's a few videos here on TH-cam about it as well. Bellefontaine Cemetery is supposedly a very haunted place as well and I believe members of the Lemp and Busch family are buried there as well.
