Do these sticker shades look the same in person as they do on camera? Just asking because the yellow green looks beautiful in this video but it looks like it would be a lot darker on the website. For reference, I usually use speedcubeshop’s limette green.

Yes, the video does pretty good justice on the actual colors.
Do pyraminx stickers work on the FTO?
No, they are too big. You could cut them to size, though. Shouldn't be too difficult.
