For anyone that comes across this problem with a SPace Invaders or a Worlds largest Pacman. Shortly after power up (a minute or so) start pressing the test and service buttons inside the front door. If all works out right at least one of the 4 segments might respond and get reprogrammed so you can read whats on the screen. After that, follow the onscreen instructions to reprogram all 4 segments, save and quit. This happens when you replace an old computer running old software with the HP computer running 1.65 or better.
