In fact the components that this company manufacture are probably in every home in the country. They are in everything from your TV to your washing machine and kettle.
To make a product like that is some fantastic achievement.

If not a clearly defined boundary, its public highway.
Something for all business to learn.
Set in case law Dr Dawood vs Camden council court of appeal .
Put up a sign, barrier, white line, or put up with people using the public highway lawfully.
Many dont mark approach areas because it shifts liability, motor insurance restrictions , public liability all come in to play once its not public highway and much greater premiums are charged to the company.
So they often keep the land as public highway to reduce liabilities.
Its not a simple as just putting up a sign, you have to accept liabilities and duty of care once someone is on your private land.
And it costs money.

another great videos dj&pj the security guard was a bit abrupt but was very apologetic when their was no sign and the young lady was very professional the site director was a bit quiet but yet again great video guys

11:10 Removing someone just because they are filming is a breach of the person's article 8 human rights. They must not give any reason or any sign of having a reason and enforce the policy of no unauthorised people on the property. That means they can't discriminate (article 14). The act of filming is not aggressive or violent so gives no grounds for any force to be used, reasonable or not. Reasonable force can only be used when it is necessary and appropriate. When someone is filming for a few minutes and then leaving then it's not necessary to use force to expedite the removal.

Comment 24:11. The freeze frame at that point shows a road that is more than likely maintained by somebody other than the company visited. There's the same road markings, grass maintenance, street lights etc. It certainly looks to me like full public access up to the barrier. And there is no demarcation of any sort at all.
My guess is local council industrial development with partial grant funding.
the security guard was very professional, and apologised when he said they was a sign at the entrance, but when he took you both to have a look, their wasn't one there.
I’m absolutely gutted, I work at one of the other businesses on that estate, just further on from where you are. If only I knew you were both there, I would have come and said hello.

Does anyone who collects the key rings have channels? A sort of follow up such as in this one if the cans vanished. In Australia they would sit there until they faded way under leaves, UNTIL recently when each one is worth 10 cents, collect twenty cans/bottles and it’s worth ONE factory made cigarette. They will only use reasonable force to get you off the property if you *refuse* to leave when asked DJ which wil constitute as reasonable. It won't be specifically for recording

You lucky they dont know the drone regulations otherwise you could not film from there as well. Your drone should always be visible in line of sight. Based on you flying a mini, I guess that you dont know the regulation as well.

The lady seemed polite and forthcoming and showed good interaction. The security officer was one of a better one that you have engaged with in the past. The director was a little defensive but was polite enough. Overall, a good audit and the company have offered to give you more information if you so wish. Perhaps one of the better of sites that you have audited.

Yeah PJ defiantly helps reign in DJ in terms of professionalism, not that DJ is under any obligation to be professional, but PJ's presence certainly helps to temper him as compared to some of his solo videos and other collaborations, got a lot of love for the pair regardless. Two top blokes :)

A aprt from the entertainment factor to all manner of U-tube folk , I realuse that the general public have little exposure to manufacturing or other business processes and that (IMO) is bad...
I my youth, living in London, there were oportunities to visit factories and the like and learn about their processes, premises, products.
Now sone xx years later, everything appears to be srouded in mystery.
Soo - how are people 'supposed' to discover whether xxx company could be a good employer and offer a suitable career???
You guys provide a most valuable introduction (as well as entertainment) for those who are interested enough to find out more about "business" in the UK.
TL:DW; I'd give this audit a grade of A-. Everyone was reasonable, willing to listen, didn't have any ego, though they did have the wrong idea about the limits of their authoritah.
Çheck to be certain , but double yellows are on public highways . Not private land ,. The boundry would be the road entrance to the site that ajoins thier car park . Blue fence is boundry , pavement is public cos of d yellows.
