Absolutely beautiful and warm and cosy home
This is a really nice design, rooms are well sized without being over sized. Basement and attic give extra spaces for recreation whilst not making the house footprint oversized. It could almost be considered practical.
Motivated me to go back to work tomorrow. Missing London and UCL...

Tremendous & Appealing
The bedrooms are all a bit small for houses of this size. Maybe six bed are too many. Five bed would be ideal. The basement floor is usually for the bigger mansion house and would shoot up its price given the increased building costs.
"lower ground floor"...you mean 'basement'? ;p I'll give the 'attic' a pass, tho. ;) Great looking place.

Why so many floors? Also it's the second floor not the first floor. You British can never seem to understand that the first floor is the one you walk into and the second floor is the second story because it's the second floor to the house. A ground floor is a basement in a large apartment building or something because it's in the ground that's why it's a GROUND FLOOR
Ground floor is as it is described, a basement is an underground floor.
A basement is below ground so why would you call it the ground floor. The ground floor is the one at ground level. I would have thought the wording of these terms would have given you a hint 🤦♀️🤦♂️
