    I have traveled to many countries and all of middle east and currently living in Dubai. I visited Iran four month ago for the first time.. What an amazing country and culture and people were all awesome too. I will certainly visit Iran again as I am in love with the Persian culture. So rich but yet so humble, since my return I just can't stop watching videos on youtube about Iran.

      Thanks for your comment but comparing Iran to the "middle east" or "Dubai" is as moronic as Tom Sawyer's comment above yours. But still your comment is a useful reference to how ignorant people are.

    I just visited Tehran, it’s such an amazing experience. I absolutely loved it. People are so friendly and hospitable. Food is great and traveling around is very safe and affordable. Overall a wonderful place to visit, I hope it stays the same! 🇮🇷❤️🇨🇦

    I just came back from Iran and was totally amazed ! The people were so friendly and helpful. When I was lost the shopkeepers went out of his way to find someone who spoke English to help me . People there love taking selfies with tourists . We were in a park and an Iranian family shared their picnic mat with us and offered us hot tea .The public toilets were clean and Tehran was much more modern Than I expected .The mosques were so beautiful and opened to foreigners to visit . It is easy to travel without a tour group as I met many Chinese girls traveling with just a driver . I will certainly go visit again .

    i just came back from iran, stayed for 2 months. grew up in Australia but the culture the people the atmosphere of the country is something different you know, at 5 pm the streets are getting packed until 12 am or even later you see people in the parks actually sitting down laughing playing chess or whatever but with their families enjoying the simple things. i must say i had a lot of fun even though i was not confident in speaking farsie but i was driven to experience life there, when i came back to Australia the very very first 4 hours of me landing i could tell life was routine here nothing special going to happen so booked iran trip again, see you in 3 months IRAN

    • @goodthinkingtv
      @goodthinkingtv  8 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      What a lovely comment! Yes I understand what you are saying, Iranian people do enjoy in the simple things, especially with their family and friends, in a way that I haven't seen in the western world. They really are the most friendly happy people I have met who know how to live life to the fullest! :) Have a wonderful second trip :)

      what is "farsie"? Their language is called Persian in English. You can pick out an uneducated person from their use of the word "farsi" in english.

    • @Hesam0000
      @Hesam0000 7 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Actually I just picked you as an uneducated person because you can't differentiate between Persian(Plural used for Nationality) and Farsi(Both Singular version of "from PARS" and PARS Language). They're in fact singular and plural version of 1 word. PARS was the name of IRAN until 1935. PARSI means FROM PARS. PERSIAN is in fact PARSIAN which is a plural version of PARSI. When Arabs invaded PARS they could not pronounce "Peh" so they called PARS FARS and the language became FARSI.

    This is great! I've never been to Iran (need some Farsi under my belt first) but I like the style of just presenting it as it is. This is like watching videos of a friend who has just returned from a visit to Iran for probably the first time.

      maybe we have the worst car accidents also because we are bad drivers and we don't respect the driving laws, just holding on our bad habits.. too much bragging about how we can drive with one hand and nonstop 24 hours on roads.. sounds very familar, hah?

      I ask this question, because as a none Indian, when I visited certain part of India, I felt like this is where I belong and I felt connected to the location. And people would say, perhaps in my previous life I lived in India. :-)
      Although I spent my childhood in Iran, but I never felt connected to where I was, which was very odd.

Ey khakat sarcheshme-ye honar! Door as to andishe-ye badan. Payandé mani-o javedan." (Oh Iran! Oh jewelful borders! Oh whose soil the fountainhead of art! Far from you evildoers' plot. Keep consistent and eternal.) Rather, Iran's national anthem starts with this, "Sarzad as ofogh, mehr-e khavaran, forugh-e dide-ye hagh bavaran. Bahman farr-e imaneman!" (Rose from horizon, sun of the Easts. Light in the eye of Truth-believers. February [11, 1979] glory of our faith!)

      There are 100,000 and 50,000 Toman bills available. For example Taxi taking you 20 miles away charges 50,000, Hotels start from 100,000/night to 500,000/night for likes of Hilton, food from 3000 for sandwich to 40,000 for rib dinner, so you can carry 30, 100,000-bills which will last you 2 weeks or more.

    She does compare Iran like Europe but there are so many differences between these 2, first of all, Europe with respect of tradition have many differences in every countries in Europe. And Iran has many differences with different nations in Europe which some of differences are good and some are not well.

    I think you were scared of being in Iran I could see the wordiness in your eyes and the way you put on the scarf and when I'm comparing this vid. to the other one from Pakistan, probably you've heard a lot of negative over Iran cause you were surprised some how . anyway "Glad you liked Iran" good luck
