I am a language tutor who was so lucky to have my online lessons to keep going through the pandemia and to be able to make so many friends thanks to my language courses. We really created a support network helping each other while enjoying discovering new cultures. I relate so much with this movie!
I actually am a language teacher, and some lessons have been actually therapeutic for some of my students, and couple of times they have also helped me a few times with personal stuff. Actually one of my students lost his husband too, and I have been trying to help him during this whole process. So, I just wanted to thank you guys, and to congratulate you for making such a nice movie
Thank you for this real and heartwarming film. Learning a language via Skype definitely opens the door to cultural understanding and building cross-border friendships. Friendship is a feeling; it can develop between anybody and everybody. Am grateful for the "advanced beginner-low intermediate" slow Spanish that I actually could understand. Gave me hope that I could speak as fluidly as Mark some day soon :-)
