I like it better for a few reasons, 1. Built in tourniquet holder (nothing else to buy). 2. Built in belt and molle attachment (don’t have to choose an option). 3. Great quality for the price point.

Its very small. Have one and you can't fit a standard IFAK....Also good trauma shears (like Raptor) will not fit
